Never done a negative reveiw for fastfood but we did online order today, chicken sandwich had nothing but a cold patty and bun, all our fries were frozen and there was zero sauce, napkins or straws. Service was so slow, it is every time we go there but thought we would try again. We will drive 20 minutes out of the way to Centralia next time.

Stopped here on a road trip for some brunch food. Danny had exceptional service!!! Thank you! So many times the service going to fast food joints is not great! Danny said good morning and welcomed us. He seemed genuinely happy to help us! We need more people in the industry like him. We had to wait a few minutes for food... I know other reviews complained about the wait time...but it was only a few minutes, and our food was fantasticly fresh and delicious! I would rather wait double that time than be sold stale/old food. Great job!!! Thank you š

I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully by an employee. A man in his mid-20s with curly brown hair and glasses was incredibly rude. My family and I were staying at Great Wolf Lodge and stopped by around 6:30 p.m. When we tried to walk through the front door, he aggressively held it shut and yelled, āNo, weāre closed! Get out, get out!ā while waving his arms at us.
We ended up going through the drive-thru since thatās what our kids wanted and were promised. Unfortunately, the same man took our order and was just as condescending and rude over the speaker.
What happened to basic respect and decent customer service? Truly disappointing experience.

After a long day at work, I was hungry and stopped in at about 9 PM or so and ordered a sourdough jack plain with just meat bun and cheese and three egg rolls. I only stop at Jack in the box maybe twice a month. Every time something is wrong with my sourdough jack and today there was so much stuff on it. It was unbelievable. There Was tomatoes, mayonnaise, which Iām allergic to, ketchup and another random sauce that I canāt eat. I called the store and there was no manager, so they said that there was two team leads there and I spoke with one team lead and he saw that my order was placed, and then he passed me over to the other team lead, who then proceeded to question me on everything even though they had my order pulled up. I didnāt get what I paid for and Iām tired of the same excuses as this is your guysās job is to get an order correct. It was correct on the screen in the drive-through when I ordered but when I drove 45 minutes home and opened my bag, it was wrong.

Waited in the drive-through stuck for 23 minutes finally get up to the window and before I pay ask if my order is ready currently, and I am told yes so I pay. As soon as I paid, the lady told me that the order wasnāt ready and that it would be a wait. There is still at this point at least six people behind me in the drive-through that I can see. Nine minutes later, they handing my order and itās completely inedible. The sandwich look like itās been jumped up and down on in about half the size it shouldāve been, and the potatoes had so much grease in their little bag that when I pulled it out, it splattered grease all over my car and at that point, all I was doing was checking my order. I will never return to this location.
