Waited in the drive-through stuck for 23 minutes finally get up to the window and before I pay ask if my order is ready currently, and I am told yes so I pay. As soon as I paid, the lady told me that the order wasn’t ready and that it would be a wait. There is still at this point at least six people behind me in the drive-through that I can see. Nine minutes later, they handing my order and it’s completely inedible. The sandwich look like it’s been jumped up and down on in about half the size it should’ve been, and the potatoes had so much grease in their little bag that when I pulled it out, it splattered grease all over my car and at that point, all I was doing was checking my order. I will never return to this location.

We ordered online and The gentleman at the the register was very polite even offered to bring food to our vehicle when it was ready. We ended up having to use the bathroom so he didn’t even have to do that, but it was kind of him to offer. Bathroom was clean. I always see people leave bad reviews and I figured it was about time. I left a good review when it was needed.

I would normally NOT post for Fast Food, and I only ordered Onion Rings. I was on my way to Vancouver/PDX when I found out my Tire(s?) were leaking, so immediately had to head back to Seattle. (I have ordered Tires last wk) Since I was in a Foul mood, I decided to get an order of Onion Rings — sure enough Jack in the Box served them, and the Female Server was very Prompt and Courteous. Thought I’d have to wait a long time since it was NOT a Breakfast item, but I think they were done in less than 3 min. Tasted as good as Restaurant level, Hot and they Served them instead of the usual Tissue Bag in a FOIL bag. Was Delighted, Tasted great, so lifted my Spirits in heading back North. Great job, JITB. Much better than other Competitors’ Onion Rings.

We always try go to the drive thru and recently the employees always have a yellow cone in the middle of the drive thru and not taking orders saying they’re closed and the doors to the lobby are locked up AMD it’s only 11pm. Sending some kind of sign not to pull up. It’s been happening for about a couple years. It’s really annoying!!

So their Oreo cookie shakes, the larges, are a few dollars more than the ones in Longview Washington. The Oreo shakes are wonderful.
Lobby is routinely locked, customers inside. Is this some sort of special club? I come to use the freestyle machine and have no access to it. I take my business elsewhere, I will not use the drive thru to order because the lobby is closed during regular hours.

Around 1:15pm this afternoon we ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger combo on sourdough and witnessed a manager burrading a crew member causing her to cry in full view of customers. That's creates a hostile work environment and is poor management skills.
