Lobby is routinely locked, customers inside. Is this some sort of special club? I come to use the freestyle machine and have no access to it. I take my business elsewhere, I will not use the drive thru to order because the lobby is closed during regular hours.

Around 1:15pm this afternoon we ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger combo on sourdough and witnessed a manager burrading a crew member causing her to cry in full view of customers. That's creates a hostile work environment and is poor management skills.
Very good didn't go in but went trough drive through.

Around 1:10ish this afternoon i went in with my family to order some lunch. While I was doing that I witnessed a manager yelling at a young lady about something some other employee did and then saw her walk out crying. I tried reassuring her, she was doing good and that it can be hard working during a lunch rush and trying to train a new person, and to not beat herself up about it. I just think that was completely unprofessional of the manager, especially in front of a full lobby! I hope she gets a consequence for doing this to an employee.

I did not get everything I paid for. Ordered 2 burger combos, jalepeno poppers and kids meal x2. Approx 2pm Saturday. Drive thru was not busy, but waiting forever it seemed like for the car in front. Then they got to me, charged me for everything I ordered, waited quite a while again. Finally got my order, but looked like I was missing a drink and fries from a combo, they seemed pretty confused in there, finally got the items, we were getting late for our trip so we left. Only later realized I never got my large jalepeno poppers I paid for! The curly fries were over cooked remnant bits. We stayed at Great wolf lodge for a kids trip, I got busy to call back. I hope to hear from Jack to correct this.

I came through the drive through around 6pm today, to order food for my teenagers who just got done with a sports tournament and they are all hungry and patiently waiting. After I ordered our food I rolled up to the window to be greeted very disrespectfully by a white female with nose piercings and a lip ring. I asked for sauce and she gave me a horrible Attitude and said I could've asked ahead of time cause I am "wasting" her time. I told her she shouldn't have chose that job then, and she came back with "I could give af less about this job it's just fast food" she rolled her eyes at me and laughed and made a comment about how her manager allows that type of behavior. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK
