Re: Another chance response.. I have given this location multiple chances, it never gets better only consistently worse! Nothing will change due to the location’s ownership?Also if there isn’t adequate staff maybe it’s time to shut down the location..This place is the WORST!! The prices are astronomical, food awful and dinky sized for the price and the staff.. should be quarantined in a rehab facility and nowhere near food!! The straw that broke the camel’s back and prompted this review is, ordered an iced coffee with my order and it had maybe 3 ice cubes in it.. really how expensive is ice??Side note you can get a TRIPLE burger meal large sized at Wendy’s for about 3$ less than JITBs cheapest burger combo!! Out with JITB bring in Wendy’s!!!! This is only part of the issues with this location!!!

Terrible service. App says 2am close when they close at 12am. I ordered my food at 1130pm. Said it was fulfilled at 1138pm for drive thru. Drive thru was blocked off. All doors are locked. Employees sat and watched as my boyfriend knocked on the door to see what was going on with our order that said it was done. They were sure quick to take the money out of my account but didn't get food. I do not recommend later in the evening.

Lobby seems like it is always closed. Drive through is hit and miss. Sometimes they are open. Sometimes they are closed. Sometimes the food is real good. Sometimes it is not. You can never get tacos after 8pm because they don’t defrost enough of them in the morning. Really needs new management. They are always sold out of something, or just out of employees. Unfortunately it has been this way at this location for several years. I love jack in the box, but this location needs help. Every time you call, the district manager texts you instead of answering the phone. Once he said they had tacos available when they didnt, and then today he said they are open when they werent.Update March 17th 2024 closed at 8:45 PMUpdate March 30th 2024 closed at 8:55 PMUpdate April 12th 2024. Closed at 10:05 PM.This is ridiculous.

Drive through is coned off at 1am. I've seen people curse at their phone, drive over the grass and honk at window. Text DM if you want, that don't matter. This is not the place for late night food.At least I only wasted $7 here.

Waited 20 minutes to get to the window, just to be told they only had 1 person in the kitchen and need to wait another 20 or more. I get being understaffed, but maybe tell me or is going to be an hour before you take my order.

They're offering a free Oreo cookie bar in the app, but they don't have it at the restaurant. So it's just a scam to get you to come in. There's always a really long wait, they always short you on the food, and the employees are incredibly rude. When I say always, I literally mean always, by definition. There is no exception; we have never received our full order that we paid for, ever. We're never happy with our order so we just stopped going. We've reached out multiple times about the issues, and never received a response. They've basically stolen money from real customers, so we will never go back. They're probably going to give a generic response saying that they're sorry and they want me to reach out, which I have already done and they have not responded to. If they really cared about their customers they would refund the money they stole, or make orders right to begin with.

Ordered the most simple of meals. Took 34 minutes to get my food. And my burger was already cold before we pulled out of the drivethru. (I was a passenger, and the only order)

Drive thru forgot my child's chicken nuggets and only gave him a bag of fries. Couldn't go into the lobby because the doors were locked to address the issue, so we had to sit in the drive thru for another 10-15 minutes for his food. By the time we got his nuggets, my wife and I were able to eat our food.
