I’m from California! Traveling ! And there was an issue w my drink , made me sad ! Fortunately I spoke to the best manager ever! She was able to fix my drink and make my day !!! She so amazing and I hope that she gets all the recognition she can due to her hard work!! ✨ her customer service is spectacular 🙌✨ thanks Mercedes !!!!

Specifically asked for the pound of coffee to be coarse ground for a French Press; I get espresso dust. Waited 10 minutes for a sandwich when you just set it down and didn’t call my name. Nice attitude. I want my $21.18 back.

I really like this Starbucks. Nice friendly staff. Not used to someone saying your name after you pay. Quite different, but brings in added touch to customer service. Even got a friendly goodbye as i was leaving and so did another customer. Nice

Average Starbucks, great coffee, great friendly, speedy service. Parking was OK, but if busier than today ( Sunday late morning ) it could be tight. Restrooms were clean, with no coffee required for entry, nice.
Slowest service. Put in an online order at 11:30 am. Drive through looked packed so went in and got the drinks but not the food items. Stood around for 20 minutes before giving up and going into drive through since everyone inside just repeats “we’re busy” without actually helping. So in literally writing this review in the drive through because we’re still waiting, may need a rescue chopper at this point.

Visited today and the restaurant and bathroom was filthy and the barista's seemed like they just smoked a joint. Lol Everything's funny, couldn't focus, make drinks right, long lines ... biggest thing is how is it so hard to understand how to make an oatmel... it's water and oatmeal in a cup!! Isn't this Starbucks?! Owner: Reiterate training in customer service! Wow...

Gave us double to-go cups without asking, so wasteful and harder to drink from. What is the point of having a big stack of recyclable insulated sleeves at the pick up counter?
