Got lunch with my fiance and daughter (ordered on the app) and got 5 avocado Verde sauces and 5 hot sauces with it. When we get the bag at the drive thru, there's a handful of hot and mild but no avocado sauces (which you are charged 0.20 for). I waited for the person to come back to the window and let her know I ordered 5 of those sauces. Not only did she roll her eyes and sigh heavily, but she then only gave me three of them and basically slammed them into my hand. Now at the end of the day, it's 0.40 I lost, but it's the principle of the matter paired with the disrespect when I was nothing but nice. This isn't the first time the same person has been rude, either. Customer service jobs can suck, I know from years of experience, but the attitude was not necessary.

It was good actually! (Perhaps because it's a smaller casino in comparison to The Emerald Queen or Muggle Shoot). I only say that because it seems that I'm harassed by the Employees at every other Casino in the State for things that, honestly, shouldn't matter. But this Casino minds their own business and only steps in when appropriate and that I appreciate. And that gives them 5 stars in my book.Parking: Lots of parking spaces at parking lot at the casino or at the Hotel or in the parking garage. All are free!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doorways and aisles with automatic doors when needed. As well as elevators to access the parking garage.

Good good most of the time. I frequent several Taco Bella in a 3 County area. They rank #2 over all. The Tumwater Store has the best record for warm food correct order, and pleasantries.Wheelchair accessibility: They are inside a gas station so it has an automatic door that is wide enough for a wheelchair and their designated parking is directly outside of that door.
Being accused of yelling at staff when I was not because I am hard of hearing and my order was completely wrong I asked for certain things not to be put on my order and they were put on anyway resulted into being put into the

Unironically the best Taco Bell in a 30mi radius. Never had a bad order, or missed special request from this store. They also always have rare TB Items in stock cause it’s a corporate store. It’s Taco Bell… and that’s okay, and it’s all I could really ask for. Considering that, it’s worth a 5 star rating.

Came during open hours and was told that they were closed.Went for a late night run to this taco bell location for my pregnant wife. The store closes at 1:00am. I arrive at 12:50am no one answered at the thru menu so I pulled around to the window to order. Immediately when I pull up I see an employee dive behind a prep table. So I waited thought maybe he's just being funny. Then a few minutes go by and another employee finally comes to the window to tell me that they are closed. It was still 4mins to 1:00. I left, didn't want to have my food spat in. But don't claim to be open till 1:00 if you aren't.

Taco Bell just keeps getting better! I didn't think I'd like the self- order kiosk ( because I'm old) turns out you can opt out on lettuce and get extra stuff easier this way! The staff is awesome the atmosphere was Taco Bell but clean and new!

Disappointed. We use to be greeted when would approach the counter. Just a big sign instructing you to use the kiosk. I had questions about an item but regardless of the eye contact .........nothing. I have cash so then the machine replacing the smiling face instructs me to the counter to pay.....cash visible.......standing at counter.......3 employees can see me. So I step away. Then one asks me if I have the cash order. No pleasantries. None. Not even when my food came up and I said thank you, have a nice day. It's not the workers fault they lack customer service. This is what happens when you replace people with machines chasing that almighty profit. I'll be back. Drive thru. At least I can say hi. Well for know....I'm sure they will put a kiosk in there someday too...
