Tried their trio sampler that came with ribs,sausage and tri tip with BBQ beans and slaw on the side at a pride event in chelan. It was OK the ribs I had were super salty the sausage seemed over cooked and tasted over smoked and the tri tip was just smoky and super peppery, the ribs and beans were the better part of the meal. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but I wasn't satisfied.

Delicious BBQ! I have bought BBQ from Burch Mountain BBQ before and it was delicious! This last Friday they also hosted Teen Night and our teenagers loved learning BBQ skills! WOW!!! I PROMISE YOU... IT'S AN EXPERIENCE! I met Justin and this crew at a winery in Chelan...and I can't give high enough accolades. I'm from El Paso originally, and finding quality BBQ in the pnw is Hard! Hands down, best I've had and I'm comparing it to southern BBQ. Even turned my gf into a believer, and topped it off with an amazing desert to boot. Perfect Burnt ends, succulent Pork, moist and spicy Turkey, overall... AMAZING!!! ??

Burch Mountain catered our wedding celebration, and we're so glad they did! They were easy to work with, had excellent communication throughout the process, and answered all our questions. The pulled pork, brisket, roasted corn salad and traditional slaw were wonderful and many of our guests said it was the best they'd ever had. We'd give them 10 stars if we could!

We hired Burch Mountain BBQ to cater out wedding and it was everything we expected and more. All the food was cooked to prefection, and Val and Justin were so helpful throughout the entire process of booking and selecting our meal. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and how cool it was to see the smoker on our venues property! We will be headed to their window any time they're open!
