Sabby gives very bad attention and doesn't want to work, he snatches my money every time I pay, just because I complained about a coffee that he didn't even make it to me as I wanted it's my money I think the one who pays sends and must do it as it is, I'm a frequent customer

We got many many drinks at Kodiak while staying at the Suncadia resort for our vacation! It’s in the perfect, convenient spot to service the resort crowd. We only ordered Lotus drinks here & they were mostly great! My only complaint is that some were super overly sweet & had way too much flavor. I’m not sure the proportions, but once I started asking for only a half ounce of each flavor in my drink, they were perfect!! I just had to learn through a few trips. When the drinks were too strong, we typically just poured half in a second glass & watered it down. It felt like it was a Lotus focused shop because those were their only visible specials/menu items, so that’s why we didn’t try any of the coffees! Overall we really loved our drinks from Kodiak!

Pretty disappointing I always thought this coffee was good but just because they were busy my coffee was nothing like I ordered and payed $13 for a frozen burrito. Could sense the tension with baristas & didn’t even want to go back. Anyway not worth what I payed.
Sadly, the hours online are incorrect. I showed up at 6:10 this morning and they weren’t open yet. Not sure what their true hours are hopefully they’ll update soon.

Not friendly at all but that's not the problem. The espressos had no flavor, coffee or syrup, and NO BUZZ. So it's possible she was not only unfriendly but doesn't know how to make coffee or was too busy tending her baby. idk
