This place is unbelievably good. Never been disappointed by anything. Flavors, quality, friendliness, all hidden away by this modest truck.

Good food. $18 (+$1 credit card charge) for a food truck gyro is little overpriced though.
Only one table and the restroom is a simple honey bucket.

This little food truck kinda hidden behind a fence is amazing!!!! I only had their spring roll because I only wanted a snack. It was the BEST egg roll I've ever had, and I've had spring rolls at amazing restaurants!
It's on the main street in Roslyn next to the post office and soaps store. I can't wait to try more stuff tomorrow!
The food quality is that of a really great restaurant with quality ingredients and executed perfectly. The people working were so friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the misters while I was waiting to help beat the heat. It was busy but so worth the wait!

I kid you not the best gyro and taco al pastor in WA. The difference is that the meat is cooked properly on a spit and doesn’t come from a Sysco truck like so many gyro places. Give this place a try, you won’t be sorry!

Outstanding food truck/trailer in Roslyn. We had the Gyro and spring roll. So good...Well worth the stop for lunch. We will come here again when travelling to Seattle. So kind to our pet!

This is a very nice, clean food truck with fresh and tasty menu options. We tried the gyros and the general tso' chicken and were impressed with both. Balanced flavors, quality ingredients that were prepared with care. Worth trying, and going back to.

Only place to get authentic gyros and Chinese food (winter menu) in cle elum roslyn. My favorite place to eat in town. Affordable and one of the only places selling food past 8 or 9pm

Thursday through Monday, this is where you need to be going for lunch/dinner. Fast service and amazing food, made from scratch. 14/10, would recommend.
