I like the spittoon..
Great place, built in 1882. Full bar and good food.
The Brick is a staple every time we pass through Roslyn, which is very often for our hikes. The food is always amazing and service is always great.
Excellent food in a great building with phenomenal staff
We had an outstanding lunch experience today at The Brick! The menu is great, the food was excellent but most of all the service was absolutely awesome. They were not understaffed as so many restaurants are now, our waitress was very engaging & and multiple staff members checked in on us. Thank you Brick Saloon, you took such good care of us!
My favorite thing about this place is the history and when they serve delicious Schilling Cider, my favorite local cider company.
Really cool historic place— loved reading all about its history. Taco Tuesday here is the best, and the drinks + food are very reasonably priced anytime, especially compared to the other side of the mountains. The theater area in the back is really cool too, I hear they have live music there sometimes.

Great food and amazing service. Got the fire burger, mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. Everything was so good and our server was so nice. I will return soon hungry for more.

Been to the brick saloon several times over the years. Pretty good variety when it comes to the food options available. Shoestring fries could be better, just generally not a fan of them. I usually opt for onion rings instead and those are fantastic. Only doing 4/5 stars on food since most of my family is vegetarian or vegan and those options can be limited here. Overall a great place to have lunch or dinner with friends or family!

A historic tavern famous for its long history, operational saloon bar, and relationship to the TV series Northern Exposure. Referred by a local as having good food that is reasonably priced. The Brick Burger is massive. Starting with a flavorful patty piled high with jalapenos, provolone, bacon, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles enveloped inside a gluten free bun. The rosemary fries were amazing – crispy, not greasy with just the right amount of rosemary. Service was attentive and friendly. The only things to note are that there is no AC and watch your step when entering/exiting the building. Free and paid street parking available.
