the place is like diving into the beautiful past, but the birgher I took objectively was never before so dry and stubby. I also understand that in roslyn there are not many choices but the burger can not be wrong sorry
I had dinner at The Brick Saloon last Friday. I ordered the Brick Burger (jalapeños, provolone, applewood-smoked bacon, homemade guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle) with the rosemary shoestring fries and the Speelyi Beach Cooler mocktail (pineapple, lime, pandan, coconut cream, and sparkling coconut water).
The burger was very tasty (and massive) and all the ingredients were very fresh. I was pleasantly surprised that they used fresh jalapeños instead...

I can't resposivley rate the Brick Tavern since they were closed for maintenance. We've been there years ago but we just tried a different kind of beer. Maybe next time we can try their food soon.
