I read the reviews and wonder if we're talking about the same place! We sat on the family-friendly wing. Torn benches, storage like atmosphere. They had bunch of boxes and stuff in one corner like they were packing to move. The lady who served us was nice, but when I asked for a highchair, she wasn't sure if they have one, and I assured her they do! The food felt generic. Like something cooked from frozen. Flat well done patties. Not too bad, but not impressing at all.
Chill spot with tasty food and friendly service. The chef came out to ask how we liked our meal, which I always appreciate. He seemed to really care about the food. Always a good sign. The crispy chicken sandwich was delish. We added pickles, which I feel it should come with anyway and though I was skeptical about the inclusion of cheese, it really worked. Crisply and not greasy tots and fried - a plus! Definitely recommend!
Visiting the area and wanted good pub food. Asked the locals and they all recommended this place. They call it Marko's since it's the same place/menu as Marko's but the family friendly side next door is called The Hideaway. The wings were amazing, really crispy. The burgers were also really good, and they had great craft beer choices.
