Very unique restaurant offering Bison burger in a cozy setting. We come here a lot, the owner is super friendly and prepares the food from scratch which makes it juicy and fresh. Very good side of salad if you don’t want the potato wedges which are grilled on the griddle and also very good. Highly recommend.
I thought it might be a native Run Place, but it wasn't, it's instead focused on the health benefits of bison and plant-based Foods and makes a variety of Standards like hamburgers and tacos using bison meat. The food itself was flavorful, and pretty standard. The guy cooking it with friendly and quick. The prices are modest and the value is high
Finally got to taste the famous bison burger. It did take a little longer than usual since there’s just one cook and I came right after the crowd of family came through which caused the delay. It was worth the wait! The burger was cooked to perfection, the homemade sauce wow! By far my favorite sauce. I told the cook he needs to sell that. I would buy it in a heartbeat. There are $.99 add ons for mushrooms and cheese. I had to get the bison burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese...
