What a cool bar/snack bar. Brown Shack Tavern should appear in every travel guide. Great atmosphere including karaoke on the weekend. Parking spaces right in front of the door. Snacks and drinks at a reasonable price.
Stopped here after camping a few nights near Randle. We love little bars like this and were not disappointed. Great waitress/cook and my wife and I played a few games of pool while we ate. Great place
Always like to stop by and chat it up with the Locals.The tavern has been there for well over a hundred years.The antique bar is really great!They have a small grill at the end of the bar where they cook lunches and stuff, burgers and fries and that kind of thing.Prices are pretty good. We had four or five years since less than 20 bucks. Nice little place. We'd stop by again.
