Terrible and rude management, don’t waste your money

Store closes at 11pm and at 9pm, I’m told they’re out of lettuce and that too after I order and add things to my bowl. Stock up or inform before I start ordering

Came here on a whim to pick up a burrito bowl that would (hopefully) last 2-3 meals, and i asked for double carne asada. Not only did the lovely employee give me a very reasonable serving the FIRST time, but she was quick and polite as well. i was so impressed by the quality of food for the money i paid. i’ll definitely come back soon!

Chipotle, y’all need to understand, when I ask for a SALAD I expect to get a SALAD DRESSING, so if you do not have salad dressing, tell me before you do my entire salad order. 🤦‍♀️

The short Hispanic girl, who looks like a young adult, was unprofessional. My burrito was wrapped up and ready, but then she randomly stopped and started doing something else. Mind you, it wasn’t busy—this was at 10:20 on a Friday. Then her friends came in, and she just started chatting with them while my burrito sat there, already finished. The best part? She forgot the queso. And even after all the stalling, she slowly rang up the side of queso like nothing happened.

Had an online order for a veggie bowl and not only did they not follow any instructions on the order but also left out guac on a veggie bowl order which is marked as included on their site. They don’t have a way to get to customer service without the order number (if you’re aren’t logged in, you don’t generate one) and hence you are left with a bad experience. Pick a different location or support a local business instead.

When we were there today, we were met with frustration and impatience from every single staff that we talked to. Every single thing we asked for, they visibly showed frustration as if they were doing us a favor. At the end when we reached the counter, two of them argued about how much to charge us for the tacos we had ordered. The worst customer service ever at a Chipotle!

I really like Chipotle — the food is tasty and reasonably priced. But this location constantly messes up my takeout orders. I always select no cheese, and yet they keep adding cheese. Not everyone likes cheese, OK? The smell actually makes me nauseous.

I really hope the staff here can pay more attention to special instructions. It’s frustrating to have to double-check every time, especially when I can’t eat what I ordered.
