Wandered around for 10 minutes just looking at us and staring at French fries that were hanging over the fryer. Had to demand to be acknowledged. Drive thru times were at 24 minutes when I left and ours ended up taking 40 minutes. Trying to tell each other to stop taking orders when they dissappear for 5 minutes at a time and repeatedly handed out the wrong order to 3 people while we were waiting. Yikes. Also asked for no ice 3 times and they still put ice in it, blatant problem with listening and communicating

I work in the area the Jack in the Box restaurant on the Lake Sammamish Plateau and they are NEVER open on time. It's frustrating because I work in the area and have tried multiple times to buy breakfast there and the few times that they have actually made me breakfast they have gotten my order wrong!!! I am done trying...I will take my business across the street to McDonald's...
Great for someone who works late and wants a quick bite after a long day, or a tasty breakfast, or honestly anytime. My experience at this location was that the staff was friendly and fast and the food went beyond my expectations. Overall worth the 5 star. The staff is doing a great job!!
