Male staff member looked like he wanted to murder me for just being a customer and wanting a sandwich. Didn’t greet, didn’t smile, and was rude when asked a clarifying question about product. Overall your mediocre sandwiches don’t make up for the bad service experienced at this location. Perhaps smile and be happy you have a job.

Subs is wildly inconsistent with how they are made. Bread used to be fresh. Quality has surely dipped.

Not enough staff to support the lunch rush.

After a 25 minutes wait of my online order, I was finally handed my order of 2 subs. The girl gave me the bag while looking at another customer and did not say a single word to me, not even an acknowledgment like “thanks for waiting”, or “there you go”. I suddenly started to feel guilty and ashamed of myself for ordering which gave the employees unnecessary workload. I’ll make sure the same mistake will not happen again.

HUGE SHOT OUT TO JAMES!My fiancée and I love coming to this location.Always fast and great customer service.Recently, we were handed the wrong online order. Didn’t notice till we got home. We made a complaint via Jersey mikes website. A few days later James the manager reached out personally and made it right! WOW you don’t see that kind of service nowadays. Especially at “fast food” restaurants. Most complaints go unheard. Thank you James you made us a customer for life!

Sandwich was not made correct , came in with receipt they did not want to remake sandwich only offered free chip coupon if I buy another sandwich. very rude customer service and unprofessional. I would not waste my time eating here . They do not respect the customers. Asked for corporate number the manager Derrick refused thankfully I have been able to contact them myself

I used to love this place but every time I order they get it wrong. It doesn’t seem to matter that you customize what’s on the sandwich, it’s never make to order.Cmon how hard is it to not put peppers on?Getting an order wrong Once or twice I understand, mistakes happen, but this is now every order.
