Not anywhere you’d want to go on a lunch break, even if mobile ordering. Multiple times I’ve been stuck 20+ minutes after ordering on mobile while staff focused on the line in store. I get it but, maybe have some strategy?

Wrong order. Extremely disappointed because I confirmed with clerk that I didn’t want the chicken bacon ranch and yet he made me that. He also looked stoned. I will not be coming back here I had to throw away my 25 dollar sub cuz I do not eat bacon.

I go to Jersey mikes everyday for lunch at other locations but this one has horrible service. How does Sammamish put up with these people? Come on! The worker literally accused me of getting soda with a water cup…

Great experience today. Ordered 2 veggie subs and the guy was super kind and wiped everything down before making the sandwiches. Then, the gal finishing the sandwiches was kind, speedy, and funny. A-team for sure.

Orders are often made wrong, staff is very slow. Allow +30 minutes to time when ordering online. Great food when they get it right

Male staff member looked like he wanted to murder me for just being a customer and wanting a sandwich. Didn’t greet, didn’t smile, and was rude when asked a clarifying question about product. Overall your mediocre sandwiches don’t make up for the bad service experienced at this location. Perhaps smile and be happy you have a job.

Not enough staff to support the lunch rush.

After a 25 minutes wait of my online order, I was finally handed my order of 2 subs. The girl gave me the bag while looking at another customer and did not say a single word to me, not even an acknowledgment like “thanks for waiting”, or “there you go”. I suddenly started to feel guilty and ashamed of myself for ordering which gave the employees unnecessary workload. I’ll make sure the same mistake will not happen again.

HUGE SHOT OUT TO JAMES!My fiancée and I love coming to this location.Always fast and great customer service.Recently, we were handed the wrong online order. Didn’t notice till we got home. We made a complaint via Jersey mikes website. A few days later James the manager reached out personally and made it right! WOW you don’t see that kind of service nowadays. Especially at “fast food” restaurants. Most complaints go unheard. Thank you James you made us a customer for life!
