HUGE SHOT OUT TO JAMES!My fiancée and I love coming to this location.Always fast and great customer service.Recently, we were handed the wrong online order. Didn’t notice till we got home. We made a complaint via Jersey mikes website. A few days later James the manager reached out personally and made it right! WOW you don’t see that kind of service nowadays. Especially at “fast food” restaurants. Most complaints go unheard. Thank you James you made us a customer for life!

A tucked away spot ABOVE the Metropolitan Market. Super friendly and helpful staff. 4 stars because half the cheese from my cheesesteak seemed to leak out onto the wrapper.There is a small lot off of 4th St. and it’s much easier to enter from there instead of the Google Maps directions when had me enter from 228th Ave. and wind around the parking lot searching.

Very tasty subs, good quality! However, the wait was long even after the specific pick up time from the app order ahead system! Only 2 young guys working so hard, then about 12:20 two more workers came in. Lots of confusion in orders, but they were trying hard! Eventually when I got my order they threw in 2 bags of chips. Appreciate the effort, but not the wait.
