I've had my order messed up at this location a number of times. Most recently, I had a delivery that was missing an item. I called the store to let them know that I never received the item. I spoke to Austy(?), the manager, who was absolutely rude and unapologetic, but stated that she would send another driver to deliver my item. The item was then deliver to the WRONG address so I called again and spoke to her. She said there's NOTHING that she could do because the driver works for a 3rd party (I ordered from the JJ website, not through Uber or Doordash). She never tried to rectify the situation or investigate it, just simply said there's nothing she could do. Absolutely ridiculous.

The place is very consistent when it comes to the quality of the food that you are getting, one thing that they can improve on I guess is the wait time for the food or the delivery but overall it is great, good food and service and I would highly recommend!

Yes, they called and apologized, but seriously a sandwich place cannot bake enough bread for the day ? That is some serious level of lack of planning or they just don’t care about business ?

Another screwed up order. No customers in the store. Not like you have that much to do. Just read the order details and make the sandwich accordingly. Maybe if the staff weren’t so busy on their phones, they would actually do their jobs. I weep for the future.

More like freaky slow. Why would you have to call an Uber to delivery to a location that is least than .3 miles. You could have just walked it over and it would have been faster.

What is happening here? I used to get sandwiches here all the time but lately the service is poor and they are never open. I will not be surprised if they close soon.Update May 2023They seem to be making a lot of improvements here and they're meeting here a lot more regularly again

Don't count on them for delivery. I've had multiple instances of placing an order and getting a call during the delivery window (not when the shop opened) canceling my order. I used to order here once a week. Now can't count on them.

It was OK. I had turkey and roast beef. I think Jersey Mike's is better. I like roast beef, turkey and swiss but they didn't have option. The staff was very friendly and informative.

High praise for the store manager, Kara and her team! I love this location. My order has always been done swiftly and correctly.I order in person or over the phone once a week. I look forward to interacting with the staff at the Sammamish Jimmy John's every time I go in.I also benefit from being in their delivery zone and all the delivery drivers are super friendly, respectful and fast.I have seen some customers being unkind to the employees and they always handle the situation well and with grace. I have even seen other customers speak up and backup the JJs team in these situations.The manager Kara has built a cohesive team that works well together and seems like they genuinely enjoy going to work which means customers, like me leave the store feeling good and wanting to come back.I wish the Sammamish customer base was reliable enough to provide consistent business so this store could have longer opening hours.
