Wings were good and fresh, pizza was ok (It took 45 to cook and Dominos are much better) but the waitress on duty tonight lacks customer service. She needs multiple re-trainings in customer service. Maybe she need to go back to shadowing a real server with customer service. Won’t be going back

I just have to say out of any establishment I have had the pleasure of dining in Hannah is by far the pentacle of Customer Service! If I could clone her and employee at all of my favorite places I would! The food is also amazing and very clearly made with love! Food is always worth the wait, no matter how long that is! While you wait you can grab an ice cold beer and share banter with Hannah!

Best Pizza store in the area. A little pricey but worthy. Lots of toppings with flavors. We order pizza here every week, and kids love pizza here.

We had a delightful meal. The garlic twists were very garlicky with an excellent marinara sauce. The wings (we got traditional buffalo wings) we're tasty with a nice crispness and a good amount of meat. The pizzas were very good. We especially enjoyed the 44/35 (?)... A five meat pizza with good quality ingredients and plenty of them. There were 5 of us and we fed ourselves for about $22per person, including drinks.

The service was friendly and attentive and engaged in a silly discussion with us. It was not crowded, so she had the time. The food did take some time to come out, but it was worth the wait. They don't cut corners on quality to make it fast.

Parking: The good thing is, they have 2 or 3 "reserved" parking spots. Since they weren't busy we got one. The bad thing is the parking lot as a whole can be very overcrowded at times, making it difficult to even drive through it much less park. But that's usually a temporary problem.

Aside from the pizza being tough (overcooked dough) and server forgetting to bring me my second beer order completely (granted, it was a packed house maybe she was overwhelmed), I had a real bummer of an experience when a server (different lady, Caucasian with bandana on, very deadpan facial expression) charged us an extra beer on our bill. When I pointed out the additional charge she shrugged and said "Accidents happen" in the most annoyingly nonchalant manner - never once apologized or expressed any sort of remorse for the oversight. As someone with years of experience in customer service I could neverrr react so poorly and low class like that to a customer. Like what? That's a huge deal that at least warrants a quick sincere sorry for the mistake. So be sure to check your bill thoroughly.

Got the “Sammamish” specialty pizza. It was good but not great. Thought it would be better with the high ratings and value for the money is not great.
Take-out ordering process was easy to use and pizza was ready at the promised time when I arrived.
Good to try but not worth going out of your way for what you get.

No clue why it took me so long to give this place a try (other than the abundance of pizza in Sammamish), but wow. A total gem in terms of the ambience and service and the food is top notch.

The pizza here is good, the variety of ingredients you can choose to have on your pizza is great, the service is friendly, and accommodating easy parking, overall a 4 out of 5 for me
