To be honest, McDonald’s has gone way downhill the last couple years. Every time I go, the food is so MEH. Never very good. I think they need a major overhaul starting with replacing the CEO.

Very rude people here. I pulled up to the drive-thru and I pulled my phone out to give the code to receive points (like normal) the young heavy-set woman said with a harsh attitude (you're supposed yo give that at the speaker -you should know). She has helped me many times before, so I was a little confused and I was taken back by the rude response and the look I was given. I asked is there a sign that says that? Then asked when the inside opens up, she told me 7am and then told me I am supposed to know about the code... like I'm a mind reader or something. She then told me that she doesn't want to serve me. So I was taken back again of course, and then pulled up to the second window where I was helped. That young lady should NOT be helping people. I have 20 years in customer service and I can tell you she does not know how to deal with customers.

My wife ordered food, only half arrived. I drove down to explain and was first told to prove they didn’t deliver the food…ok…I provided them the order the receipt and the proof of the missing food and they said to reverse the charge and RE-order. Seriously? Then the manager screamed at me to get over it. I’m at a loss…you screw up, ask me to prove it?! Then yell at me. Ok…

People in Sammamish suck big time so I feel bad for the people working here having to deal with them. Always awesome when I've been there.
Wish there were as a way to give zero star. Echoing the feedback from the recent reviews extremely incompetent staff, rude, doesn't care for the customer. Placed an phone order but they app didn't work to enter the spot number so had to go in. My order which was placed almost an hour back was still not ready. Waited there for 45 minutes and not a single person responded in spite of calling out multiple times.. and someone who seems to be their manager shouted "wait" pointing finger at me... If it wasn't food for my kids on a Fri evening I would have just walked out. Please avoid.

Never meet such terrible service. I was in the bathroom when the staff called my number. When I pick it up from the self. The staff talked to me with anger and rudeness. And the playground was closed. Won't come again especially with kids
