They forgot part of my drive through order. Will not refund me over the phone. No time to go back and deal in person.

Frankly speaking, I think I needed that to happen. I’d been looking for a reason to never go back. This wasn’t a big deal, but it’s a good enough reason. Which will be better for my family and I overall. Goodbye, McDonalds.

Is this the worst ran McDonalds I’ve ever been to? Maybe.

Seriously the most incompetent workers and management. Maybe I shouldn’t be surprised…

Beyond how painfully slow they were—I had to ask the drive thru attendant if I could pay before pulling up you the pick up window—his/her response: oh yeah sure. Once I pulled up to the pick up window and waited some more for my food only to find my order was wrong. When I asked for the correct order I was passed off 4 more times to different employees/management all while a line of 10+ cars backed up behind me. No, they did not correct their mistake. No, did they not take accountability. 15 minutes in will not get back. And none of them could figure out why I was frustrated. I realize we as a society need McDonalds—but we really should demand better. I wouldn’t support this particular location ever again.

I went to McDonald's in Plateau in Sammamish today. Unfortunately, the checker overcharged me!
When I asked, why overcharged me? the lady said: please pool over your car and point me to the parking space on front and she said: we will bring you food and money he charged you extra!. I parked and wait for 30 minutes and nobody came to me. I went to window and I asked them, I wait for 30 minutes and nobody came to me to bring my food and my money!
The young man came very rude and arrogant and instead of apologizing, said give me your CR to return your money!
It's unfortunte that McDonad's, which was a favorite of my children and I had fond memories of has fallen into such a predicament that there are very classless people there, behaving in such an ugly way.

Playplace closed during normal hours, supposedly out of Halloween buckets halfway through the promotion period. Seems like there are business management issues at this location.

They got a simple order od cheeseburger and small fry wrong. Drove away with a large and a small fry. Went back and she tried to argue that's what I ordered. Worst McDonald's around.

I like McDonald’s, it’s reliable and unpretentious. Anywhere in the country I know I can get a sausage egg muffin, a coffee, an air conditioned table and a clean restroom.

There’s no bafflingly complex coupon system to decode and my interaction with the workers is a straightforward exchange of money for services. They aren’t forced to pretend to be my friend or sell me a membership

Best McDonald's I've been in a while. Restaurant was clean and the workers were really helpful and happy. No ice in the machine in lobby but was really pleasantly suprised enough to write this review.
