Went just to order 2 mcchicken and a drink and the worker seen me standing there also had other people waiting which 10 min went by told him just want to cancel my order and he was making it seem like they didnt have enough workers I literally watch them hand out like 8 drive thru orders never coming to this McDonald's again they don't keep it professional always goofin off

I always request a cup of water with my order , the cashiers always ignore my request when I’m ordering and even when I’m at the cashier window. Or when they do accept the request they never communicate with the other workers. Today cashier shrugged and got mad then said you can ask the next window. Why is a simple request so hard to communicate or fulfill?

If your looking for a indoor play place for your kids don't bother coming here. Even though they have a big beautiful play place they still use Covid as a excuse to keep it closed. What a disappointment.

The teen drive thru workers are pretty good, but the middle aged adult workers are completely incompetent. The food is good.
Went there with kids on Tuesday 7:45pm found door closed with some customers eating inside (official closing hour is 9:00pm on Tuesday)After waiting 10mins outside, Some guy from the staff saw us behind the door he came we asked if we can eat inside, he told us he would ask his manager and come back, we waited an additional 15mins he never come back. So we went home..I am new in this area is it normal for McDonald’s to close their doors 1 hour 15 before their official close time?
