At this point I cannot count the amount of times my order has been wrong. Time and time again I hope they’ll get it correct, even with a manager checking my order, and it is still was wrong.

Team forgot to add my dairy-free cheese. The lead with pink hair responded with perfect professionalism she is great and helped but the rest of the staff was rather rude about it.

My favorite pizza place! Dozens of toppings to pick from, fresh tomato sauce, finishing sauces are a game changer! Try basil pesto and buffalo one, whenever you get a chance. A paradise for vegans and vegetarians. Tons of options, can make your own salad or pizza. Can skip the garlic bread! Cheese options also include ricotta which when added to mozarella takes you to another world. 😎

I ordered extra cheese and got less than normal, pizza puffed up and is soggy. The cooks forgot our order and we had to order it again after showing the receipt. The place feels nice and has good decoration yet not the best overall experience.
Pizza looked haphazardly put together. Not very good tasting either. I used to like MOD. Something has changed.

Delicious! Took my little bro here and the person making our pizza was really kind and said goodbye to us on our way out! Incredible service, good food, and a decently quiet atmosphere with many fun decorations. Would come again!

Teenagers employed here don't understand basic question or just ignore. After 40 minutes of wait for an online order, I was told they are out of dough. They didn't have courtesy of notifying me before. If they can't provide my order, they should at least provide the refund immediately...which as per them takes 5-7 days...

The person working pizzas was moving excessively slow. I promise I don’t write reviews like that often because I am a really patient person and I work in foodservice myself, but there was one guy in front of me and I am standing here going on 20 minutes of waiting.
The person making pizzas has a very aloof attitude and doesn’t care at all how long the line gets, and at one point responded to a customer “sorry about it” but continues not to move any faster.
It’s just my experience in foodservice that you want to at least try to work in an efficient manner. That’s not even a concern of theirs though.
