Teenagers employed here don't understand basic question or just ignore. After 40 minutes of wait for an online order, I was told they are out of dough. They didn't have courtesy of notifying me before. If they can't provide my order, they should at least provide the refund immediately...which as per them takes 5-7 days...

The food is super tasty and they don't charge by how many toppings, just the size of the pizza you choose.

The person working pizzas was moving excessively slow. I promise I don’t write reviews like that often because I am a really patient person and I work in foodservice myself, but there was one guy in front of me and I am standing here going on 20 minutes of waiting.
The person making pizzas has a very aloof attitude and doesn’t care at all how long the line gets, and at one point responded to a customer “sorry about it” but continues not to move any faster.
It’s just my experience in foodservice that you want to at least try to work in an efficient manner. That’s not even a concern of theirs though.

It's not a traditional Italian pizzeria, but the food is quite good nonetheless. There's a reason it's a go-to place for the local high school crowd.
The lady who made my gluten friendly pizza knew what was up!!! She did a great job and the pizza turned out great. The gentleman who made my bf's megadough pizza is a wonderful pizza maker too! We love the pesto and white sauce combo on our pizza & plenty of pineapple and toppings. So many options for your pizza. I always love going to MOD. Atmosphere is neat too. Like the table with games on it. Thanks for dinner!

Extremely rude staff! Been a fan of MOD pizza but had a bad experience at this location. I ordered online and my food was a little late, but I’m patient so it wasn’t a big deal. The worst part was when the guy working totally ignored me when I tried asking where I was supposed to pick up online orders. He was chatty with the next group of customers who came in a few minutes later so the entire interaction made me feel unwelcome and I’m never coming back to this location, or at least avoiding Monday evenings so I don’t have to interact with the same staff on duty.
