Why is this Papa John's so expensive? Literally every other location in the country has deals like 9 dollar large pizzas or 7 dollar medium, and those deals just don't exist here. Best you get is 12 dollar large. Pathetic.

We ordered a 14” bbq chicken pizza. It had about 1 tablespoon of chicken and cost $31 !!! It was tasteless, dry and bland.
Garlic knots are a chocking hazard.
Worst pizza I’ve ever had. 100% will avoid this chain.
1 star because negative is not an option.

Great service, except when you call your pizza in you clearly get connected to some call center which I found lacked the charm and experience of hearing people in the background making pizzas. As for this location though, the workers in the actual store were quick and friendly. The pizza is meh. Ingredients didn't taste robust and the sauce was meh.

Order plugged through to doordash, driver heads off to fall city before coming back and bringing me hour+ old food. You couldn't bother to remake it?

Oh my goodness, I picked up a couple of pizzas from this location and it’s the worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t know why the quality is so much worse than other location. I’d think twice before ordering from this place. 👎

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ordered a pizza for 5pm. They delivered it at 11 am when no one was home. I called the manager to ask them to deliver it at the time o requested and she told me “that’s not my problem” and hung up

Don’t bother wasting your money if your looking for food at night, I tried to call them 5 times while they are still open and they didn’t bother to pick up or care that this was uneditable a pencil was thicker than my breadsticks

I ordered two pizzas and they were delivered to me both burnt and I mean not well done I really mean dark brown burnt!Called the store and told them and they said there’s nothing they can do for me. They cannot adjust the temperature in the oven and I told them that that’s not how to talk to a customer.That the problem is not the temperature of the oven. It’s probably how long they stayed in the oven. anyways, very bad experience
