I appreciate that my order was ready ahead of time—great job on that! However, I was disappointed with the pizza itself. Our stuffed pizza had no cheese inside and toppings inside were minimal. The top layer had just a light sprinkle of cheese, making it mostly bread. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations.

Skimpy on cheese and toppings. It used to be much better. Now it’s dry, thin, and barely has any cheese. Something changed.

Love the thin crust.

As far as my kids are concerned, baking a Papa Murphy's pizza on Sunday evening is a tradition worth maintaining. The pizza is always tasty, and the portions are enough for the many mouths in the household.

Good service. Quality product.
Recent edit: Their 16" is never more than 15", and you'll only have 14" of toppings despite ordering their thin crust. Not a positive development, but still quality.
Also, despite advertising, they do not have $12 specialty pizzas on Tuesday. That is not actually a thing.

The absolute worst customer service EVER! I will be finding out the name tomorrow and talking with management because I’ve never been treated worse!!!! He admitted to there being a problem in the system and then constantly made it my fault. His only solution was for me to drive all the way back and show him my pizza that I already cooked to prove it was wrong. I took a picture of it in the garbage cause no one can eat it but that’s not good enough. Meanwhile I had to drive somewhere closer to feed my children who are allergic to the ingredients he claims I didn’t exclude on the order after admitting they have an issue with the app!!!!!! Never go to the Sammamish Papa Murphy’s! You’re welcome and you have been warned

Went in for 12 dollar tuesday like every tuesday. This kid wanted to charge me 18 bucks. I said no way, but he would have remade my pizza if I ordered it in store? I dont know what he was high on but mumbled something about an online order. Ive never heard of upcharging for an online order or not valuing the 12 dollar tuesday deal. After coming here for years. Ill be calling the manager.
