Needs more hot sauce options! At least Cholula.Will get into the great things about Sammamish cafe in a moment but first, I want to voice my only criticism:Needs more hot sauce selections. While this may be our go-to breakfast location, it has the worst hot sauce selection of any breakfast place in the area only has tabasco and tapatio on request.Hot sauce aside, Sammamish Cafe has everything else i look for in a breakfast place. Great service, friendly staff, online waitlist, best breakfast food in the area (and i think i have tried almost everything), good atmosphere, strong coffee, good mimosas.

I love this place! The food is great and the atmosphere is too. Wonderful service and friendly staff! I wish they had a senior discount but otherwise just the perfect place to eat!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options and you can always have them leave out the meat on any of the other options. Very flexible staff, they will alter things for you.Parking: There is a parking lot in front and then a garage that's underneath, they are both free. Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and crayons for the kids to color their menus. There's also milkshakes and things like that.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and there's the room to get around. The restaurants in a flat space so no stairs to deal with.

We go there to eat occasionally, but mostly enjoy ordering breakfast to pick up. They always make an outstanding scramble and you never have to ask for them to properly brown their hash browns. Highly recommended.
