??? Why does coffee and food need to be so Scorching f. In hot that you can't eat or drink it unless you wait 20 minutes for it to cool down. Some of us lead very busy lives and are on the go and don't have time for this nonsense.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The barista named Jessy is the nicest person I’ve ever met! Everyone is so warm and welcoming . If my drink is ever messed up, they are very happy to apologize and remake it. Despite it being busy because of the Highschool, the workers are always very nice and understanding. Love this place so much!

Went through drive through 7:30pm. Ordered Vienti Summer Berry Refresher No Water No Lemonade. Female server at window completely unfriendly. Received Refresher with Lemonade.
Went inside to ask for replacement with again, No Water, No Lemonade. Male server, sullen and completely unfriendly. Mumbled someone would prepare it.
So I was able to meet the third staff member, a female barista. She was completely unfriendly and I thanked her and she was silent. I received my replacement drink corrected and fast.
I was quiet and polite with all 3 Starbucks staff. All 3 were sullen and unfriendly. Are their lives that bad…. I left thinking I was actually kind of sad for them.
I am leaving this review because the amount of times they make any of my drinks wrong is probably around 1/4 of the time. But the Starbucks staff that I get are increasingly very unfriendly, cold, sullen and distant. They project an aura of misery.
Starbucks is not a place I look forward to going to unless I am out of town. The “unfriendliness” is consistently and increasingly occurring in the Sammamish, Issaquah and most Seattle locations.
I was recently in Arizona and Maui and what an amazing difference. Nearly all of my drinks were correct and all the staff I see are completely night and day different. Friendly.

I gave this place a chance twice and both times I was very disappointed. The discrimination from employees, especially the young Asian lady who works there is unbelievable. Both times I was at this location I ordered an Americano with 3 shots, a very easy order. Then, the same scenario took place, both times. I greeted them, no answer, I waited there and noticed she fulfilled all orders of those who came right after me. Then, she calls everyone’s order by their name, but me. Imagine waiting for 15 minutes for a simple Americano! Then, she put an order on that table and walked away, not a word so I could not know it was my order, no name on it. Very immature behavior, super nice to other customers who have brighter skin or maybe the regulars? I am not sure. I have big beard and wear a military cap, must’ve triggered her somehow. Alas.
A gentleman who works there noticed I was waiting for my order longer than I should. He approached me to ask if I’d got my order. Even he noticed that my order was left and ignored there because the above mentioned lady did not call my name. He apologized but it is not his fault. That lady shouldn’t be working there or she, at least, should get retrained for better customer service.

love this place, workers r so nice and kindi dropped my drink cuz im clumsy and it spilled everywhere, they remade it for free without me even askingalso super close to school and convenient❤️
Don't bring your personal cups here! They will skip making yours until the end of the queue. Also can't wait for the oatmilk obsession to end, baristas can't help but think of oatmilk whenever I say whole milk, and it's not a positive alternative. I have to watch these baristas like a hawk if I want to get what I want.

Their Friday drinks at this location are horrible. Do not order any of them. This is a coffee making location. They hate making anyone else that does not have coffee in it.

Gotta love them, gotta hate them.
Really, depending on the time of day, day of the week, phase of the moon and the weather you'll get a different experience each time. First, the positive: It's a convenient location near Eastlake High. And now the negative: it's a convenient location near Eastlake High. As a result you'll often find yourself in long queues inside, at the drive-through, or waiting for a parking space.
For added chaos, come when they have one of their BOGO deals on a school day. Place is bedlam and some baristas are prone to show colors other than their green aprons. To wit, when politely asked for stickers to seal drinks to go, the server said "We really don't have any." I guess that's Toobusyanese for "Don't bother me!" Then more recently, when I made the same request the gentleman (yea, It's just the guys; the gals are more hospitable) barked "Yea, but it's going to take a long time" (his words). Actually it took him only 5 seconds, but that he didn't do until he spent several minutes helping other patrons first. Grrrr.
Note to self: if they are that reluctant to provide stickers for takeout drinks (no problem at other Starbucks btw), you can make do with a bundle of coffee stirrers, cup holders, and business cards to hold them in place (see pic). Uncouth? Sure, but as they say, desperate times...desperate measures—
along with the desperation to not coat your car interior with cold brew as happened trente times before. You're welcome!

The service was fast and accurate, and the staff were friendly. The drive-through can get a little bogged down during the busy part of the day, though.
