Very disappointing. Just picked up food. The potato tarts are cold; looks like leftovers.
Quality has gone way way downhill here

Consistently missing items from my order. Why do you do this to me? What did I do to you?

Taco time is so much better than the other guys in my opinion!
I’m a picky vegetarian with GI issues and several sensitivities which limit my options for fast food (let alone just trying to find quality fast food). I almost never eat out — partly because I’m a picky eater, and partly because most places leave me feeling weighed down or give me stomach aches. But Taco Time has been such a pleasant surprise! The quality of the food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and I actually feel good after eating here.
Even without a mock meat option yet (which I hope they’ll add in the future along with other veggie options), there are still plenty of vegetarian-friendly choices like crisp bean burritos, veggie tacos, bowls, and salads with fresh salsa and guacamole, etc. The portions are decent for the quality and price, and you really taste the difference in the ingredients compared to typical fast food.
The staff here are always friendly and efficient — my order is ready quickly, and they get it right every time. For a quick-service healthy spot, Taco Time really stands out in terms of quality, freshness, and customer care. It’s one of the only fast food places I actually trust.
Thanks for giving me a nice option when I don't have the time or energy to cook!

Small but functional Taco Time location. Very clean. They forgot the salad with our order so had to go back up to get that fixed.

Parking is not spaced correct curb is placed in a awkward position it’s hard to turn right on the parking lot entrance
I dont know what happened to this taco time. It used to be one of the better ones. Workers definitely don't care about customers. I was so bent by the time I left that I didn't even put my trays away.

Decent food and location
Very good food. A little pricey but what isn't now. Courteous, prompt staff
I got someone else’s order and went to get mine, when I went up Maria talked to me and apologized, she even gave me a discount for next time very helpful!
Wide variety from which to choose. Bright & welcoming, very clean.
Did drive through for tater tots and chowder. Corn chowder had chicken in it and we are vegetarian do was very upsetting.
