Customer service is the best I have ever experienced, I have been going here regularly for years and it has remained my favorite restaurant. The staff are unbelievably kind and funny, the restaurant is very nice inside and the food is by far the best thai food around, cannot recommend enough

Kid-friendliness: They are awesome

Negative stars! They are the worst! They couldn’t get food ready by the time promised online and then told us no refund when we couldn’t wait any longer for our take out at the time promised online. They didn’t care if we left without it and we’re very rude! It’s unfortunate that they are the closest Thai food for us but I would rather travel a million miles for better food and service!!!

Pad Thai was mushy, way overcooked. The chicken used in the dish smelled old, close to going bad. Would not recommend.

I got the PAD THAI it was like a plate of mush. The noodles were soo overcooked and the sauce tasted like they just put fish sauce in it. Was unpalatable. Just terrible.

The waitress was not friendly, no one took care of us after we sit. The room is grim, won’t go to there again.

I ordered Ginger Shrimp just now. It is a ~$20 dish and had literally 3 pieces of fried shrimp. The remaining was all broccoli! I get inflation and all, but if you charge that much you have to keep your food integrity! I am disappointed. Taste and all is good, in 2 dishes- the Red Curry and Ginger Shrimp there was barely any shrimp/chicken.

They served me moldy "giew tod" or crab rangoons. Stay away.

They messed up our order! I ordered Spring rolls but they gave us Egg rolls instead without informing us. Also beef was wrong spicy level. Will not be ordering from here again.

One of the few places in town that's open late-ish for take out. I had their mango sticky rice and it was great!

Food was mostly good, pad Thai was a little too wet, not the best I’ve had but everything else was pretty good!

Very nice dining experience not crowded when we dined. No booths, only tables. No iced tea, so we ended up with water. We had the Eggplant with rice and Prik King, both dishes were great.

I ordered the pad thai via uber eats with 0 spicy out of 10. It arrived very very very spicy and as I swallowed my first bite i was on fire. I called the restaurant to explain what happened and the person on the phone was dismissive and had no interest in hearing what happened or resolving it. Beware of eating here.

Ordered via phone and was told 15-20 minutes for food to be ready. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes after I showed up. Food was great, but I would have rather not waited that long and been given a more realistic time on when the food would have been ready for pickup. They seemed under staffed for a Saturday evening as their were quite a few people waiting for food as well.

Thai Ginger Klahanie has unfortunately had worsening issues with incomplete orders. Four orders in a row have been missing items, the last order missed 2 sides, 4 drinks, and none of the entrees were at the spice levels ordered. Not the place it used to be and do not recommend ordering as the staff is then less than easy to work with to fix order errors.
