Tasty food & friendly enough staff, but the specials highlighted on the big overhead menu weren’t on the self-order kiosk so had to be ordered separately with an employee, so it came out way before everyone else’s order. Also, sadly, the neat soda fountains have been discontinued and their canned selection is very limited. Additionally, we had to wait quite a while for our food. Better to order as takeout than dine in.

Ingredients tasted really fresh and I really loved the bread of the banh mi. Price is reasonable and serving is generous. I highly recommend!

I have ordered take out from here several times. I typically order the steak pho. The pho has good flavor and clean broth. This is not my favorite pho place but the flavor on the steak pho is good enough that I give it a four star. I wish they offered a large size pho, but the regular pho is already pricey, so who knows how much they would charge for a large pho.

My friend wanted some Pho so we gave this place a try. I like the amount of space and seating availability. I got the steak Bahn Mi sandwich and my friend got the steak Pho and spring rolls. We were not impressed with the food, the flavor was bland! My sandwich had more condiments than meat and the food is over priced. I am a plant person and it broke my heart to see some plants that were either dead or dying from lack of care in this restaurant, I will not be returning!

I had the brisket pho. The meat was about as tender as boot leather but not as tasty. And the regular noodles - I now know why they recommend the "fresh daily" noodles, the every day noodles are as appetizing as the brisket. I usually don't even comment if I can say something good, but in this case, I would hope to save someone else the experience.

Got a Bahn Mi for lunch and it was delicious. All the ingredients were very fresh. The bread was also fresh and soft. Will be back for more sandwiches. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

Parking: There’s a parking lot in front of the building plus a couple of 30 minute parking spots to stop by quickly and pick up to go orders.

messed up my order, the portions are half of what they were a couple years ago, and the prices are double. I used to go here weekly, I now have to stop entirely. not worth it on any level.

Highly recommend

Really good! I just ordered takeout and the broth is sublime. I ordered the brisket pho and meat was tender and flavorful. Serving size is really nice, and they don't skimp on the protein. I struggled to NOT get meat with each go. I will definitely be going here again!

The staff needs more training. I missed to tip them on my first order via phone and I made it up at the 2nd order. While I picked up my first order, the staff was calling my name for like 5 times so loud and rude. OMG, they didn’t even offered any service yet! This is very sad.
