After three years, we visit this place again. The drinks even taste better than before. I like the new osmanthus tea which is unexpected good for me. The bubble keep chewy , not many bubble drink have this good quality. We drink inside that place. It is cosy and clean. Child have fun there too. I would come again next time i travel to Seattle. It is a recommended place for me.

I tried the Osmanthus milk tea, and even after their rebrand their quality is still as good as before. The interior of the store is very beautiful and the drink was great! 😊

Extra 50 cents to add milk is a bit disappointing and with non diary creamer, it tasted so bad. For a $8 drink I would at least expect to have real milk as standard.

Online order every time and it’s done super quick! Drinks always taste amazing so I’m never hesitant at trying something new. Rebrand is super cute and it’s a cozy spot to stay and sip. Easy to tell that ingredients are fresh and drinks are made with care! Will definitely come here again.

Very cute place with nice interior to hang out at and to grab delicious drinks and a bite! :) Loved their black milk tea, it was fresh and perfectly brewed! The egg pancakes were perfectly sweetened, warm, and tasty! And oh!! Some cute little toys and cards for sale is a convenient addition when you want to brighten a friend’s day -love getting my friends a cute toy here once in awhile🥰Thank you for amazing experience!

PROS: Their tapioca and drinks are overall good with a nice variety of toppings and drinks. Easy to find parking. It’s never been too crowded and the drinks are made pretty quickly!
CONS: The black milk tea is bitter compared to other locations. Also, they said they don’t really offer sides of boba, which is a bummer because other places I’ve gone to offer it. I like to keep my boba on the side in a container so if I refrigerate my drink to have later, the tapioca can remain out of the refrigerator and doesn’t harden.
The interior is nice but some of the cushioned chairs they have are kind of dirty looking.
The drinks were good, but it's hard to not feel betrayed when their in store menu is much lower than the online menu. The drinks were $1.25 higher each! That's not cool.
