Nice little place but I only had breakfast which was reasonably priced and tasty.

Best Mexican food I have ever found in Washington! 100% would recommend! And there is even a cute wall to stand in front of and snap a picture!Vegetarian options: I don't remember all of the vegetarian options but I remember a few, avocado toast, fruit... but lots of gluten free options for sure!Kid-friendliness: Amazing place to take the kids!Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

First time since the new owners took it over. We've been coming here for 12 years. Absolutely love the new updates. The new kitchenettes are perfect! The new beds are so comfy. The rooms smell wonderful. This is how we always envisioned these cottages could be. We will definitely be back. We always book Cottage 15 with the little fenced yard for our little doggies. Highly recommend the Seaview Cottages!

No AC, very hot and stuffy. Food takes for ever to arrive. Some dishes were yummy and some were horrible. It's hit or miss.

Traveling with a small dog in the summer is tricky because we can't take her with us to restaurants, nor can we leave her in the motel alone. We were looking for a motel that was dog-friendly, and saw that Seaview Cottages offered rooms with a kitchen. We called Seaview Cottages directly to make sure we knew what we were booking. Rick first offered us Cottage 8, pet-friendly, NO kitchen, which we declined, for the reasons already stated. He then offered us Cottage 9, with a kitchen, and would allow us the dog because she is very small. Having just talked about this, we went ahead and booked, certain that we were were booking Cottage 9. We immediately got a confirmation, but for Cottage 8, which we had already declined. To be fair, we didn't check the Cottage number when we got the confirmation. Had we done so, we would have stayed somewhere else. There was no notification on the email that the Cottage was switched between the time we hung up the phone and received the email. Cottages 7 and 8 are tiny and are to be avoided unless there is only one of you and you are very small. It isn't suitable for a couple traveling with a dog, and her crate. We mentioned the mix up and got a credit of $38. Did we mention that Cottage 8 and Cottage 9 cost the same? Staff was pleasant, bed was nice, motel was clean! And quiet. Bathroom was smaller than a washroom in a cruise ship stateroom. (The wall was recessed to fit the water closet.)Did we mention that the room was small, (one tiny chair in room, wife had to sit on the bed for two days), and eating in the room was impossible? The picnic tables that were there were in use by other patrons. And the streets of Long Beach roll up between 6 and 7, so finding food was a challenge, esp. with a small dog. Not likely to stay there again.

Good food, eager but unskilled service. The decor was 80's mexican. But the food was good. They squeeze their orange juice fresh as you order it. You can chew it!

I have never left a review before at any restaurant, but this place... happy to break my habit for them. The pancakes!!! Honestly the best pancakes I've ever had. And the breakfast burrito was delish as well. I've I find myself in the area ever again I would definitely be back for a round two.

Very nice place in a convenient location for all the local activities. I enjoyed a well appointed cabin with private patio with picnic table. My only complaint is the lack of internet connectivity. It did not work at my cottage which is the farthest away from the lobby.

Took us 45min to get our food after ordering. A heads up would have been nice. Good, the atmosphere was good. Nothing fancy.

The best breakfast ever. I had a dish that had tortillas mixed in with the eggs and I ate it all....it was the biggest plate of food...and the best breakfast that I can remember. My hubs had pancakes and he said he has never had such wonderful pancakes....you must eat here...you truly must!
