***EDIT #2 After hanging up on me the first time, Kelli called me back and i declined to answer. She taunted me saying "you didnt even realize you lost your wallet until I contacted you!" With a bunch of laughing emojis. She then claimed it was one of her "underage waiter girls" that figured out how to contact me; and that I have been "harrassing an underage girl" for months.... the person I have been messaging is the owner herself. I have not been in contact with anyone else. This lady is clearly delusional, and lacking of accountability as well***

She then called me and I answered calmly and professionally, she proceeded to start cussing me out and guilt tripping me that she owns 3 businesses and making excuses and doing everything BESIDES just sending me my wallet!!! When I threw it back at her and refused to play her games she hung up on me! Imagine how this lady treats her waitstaff! No wonder they're always short staffed as other reviews clearly state.... **
The food here was okay. Visited this place 6 months back, 5/12/24 and left my wallet there. I live 7 hours away. "Kelli M Gray" apparently the owner of this joint was nice enough to message me informing me I left my wallet there. I told her i lived 7 hours away. I asked her to mail it to me. She said sure no problem.
2 months went by, had to ask multiple times if she would send out my wallet. Kept getting "I'll send it out next week"
Ended up going on a road trip to Cali and thought I may have time to grab my wallet so I asked her if I could pick it up. I didn't have time to make it that far north on my road trip, and again asked her to send it to me and offered to pay for shipping. Driving 450 miles to pick my wallet up is unrealistic.
After 4 months of this, I said look I need you to send my wallet to me this week this is getting ridiculous. She flipped an attitude saying "my waitstaff waited and waited and waited for you to pick it up and you never showed or called to show you cared that you even lost your wallet I don't have time to just put it in my schedule to drop it off at random (keep in mind, shes had my wallet for 4months at this point...) I run 3 businesses and I don't have time for that"
I told her that if she just dropped it at the post office, they would ensure I get my property back.
After another 2 months of "I'll do it next week" I finally got sick of the crap. Today is 11/11/24. Kelli has been in possession of my wallet for 6 months. I asked her again on the 23rd. She promised she would send it out next week. I messaged her on the 4th. She ignored me for a week.
Today I let her know I would be posting this review and she finally messaged me back after 3 weeks of ignoring me saying my wallet had been dropped at the post office and to "leave her alone."
Look, YOU own the business, I am a customer who patronized your business. Your JOB is literally customer service! You are in possession of my property, and you have made over a dozen promises to send it to me and not followed through. I don't appreciate the victim mentality or the rude attitude like you are being inconvenienced by taking 20 minutes out of your day to run by the post office.
This review will stay up until my wallet is returned. Absolutely ridiculous. Most people try to return lost property in an prompt and timely manner. This is incredibly unprofessional on your part and you owe me a public apology, not a victim mentality because you couldn't be arsed to keep your word one of

Stopped in the other night, figured I’d try their special. Ordered some oysters along with. The oysters were fried and ok, but the special was certainly special…. It was missing the advertised coleslaw, when they did bring that out it was about a tablespoons worth. The halibut wasn’t cooked through (cold and raw in the middle) they said they would remake the whole plate, but what came out was the same piece recooked with another half piece mashed up next to it. All of this wasn’t that big of a deal, however when the bill came it was much higher than I’d expected. $24 for the special, $9.50 for the oysters, the only other thing I ordered was a soft drink, so how does the bill come to almost $50 After a 15% discount?

We've been eating here for several years. Tonight we went in for clam chowder, which has always been good. We were pleasantly surprised! The clam chowder was exceptional! Rich, creamy and large sea clams with every spoonful.

The only part of our fish and chips with a side of coleslaw that was good was the fish, it was super delicious and cooked perfectly, the fries were super hard and had a weird flavor and the coleslaw had wayyyyyy to much vinegar in it.
