This was our first time at the Shelburne Pub and we will definitely be back. Love the history you vibe here. Staff was excellent, friendly and attentive (but not in your face). Food was excellent and my Old Fashion great. I had the special - blacked rock fish over rice and fresh cooked carrots. My husband had potato soup and salad. Delicious.

Maybe we came in on an off night but for the prices I didn't really like this place that much. We ordered a couple drinks, bowls of soup (French onion, and potato) and some bread. Should've stopped there because everything was good, not amazing but good, but we've been wanting to try the braised crispy pork so we ordered that to split. I get what they were trying to achieve with the pork but what we got hadn't been braised long enough, the meat was a bit tough and stringy. The polenta was good though but probably because it swimming in butter. The bartender did a great job handling the bar, taking and getting orders out while being professional and attentive.

A must visit if you are in Long Beach, WA. As the oldest running hotel in Washington State, there is no shortage of historical charm, nicely topped with a little mystery. The food was delicious too and service was top level. I enjoyed the Welsh Rarebit and my husband loved the Lamb Shepards Pie. The little dimly lit bar surrounded by old english stained glass was the perfect place to end our day. We will be back!

Last evening was perfection! The waitress was attentive but not overly present. She was kind and provided great recommendations. My steak was perfect. Crisp grill on the outside and exactly medium rare. The broccoli was also great! The bottle of Malbec paired seamlessly with both our orders. Thank you for another 10 experience Shelburne!

Went to dinner with another couple and my husband and I had the steak frites with mushrooms. Mine looked different than my husbands as he had something over the mushrooms and steak, but maybe it was just the green garnish that mine lacked. The steak was a quite chewy even though it was cooked medium rare. My friend got the tempura rock fish and it looked yummy and she loved it.

I wanted to try a new place for my husband and I anniversary, we won't go back, the food is awful, my husband ordered the wings, there was nothing else on the menu he liked, wingd were soooo dry and had a weird after taste, he ate just 2 of them, i had the kale ceasar salad with salmon, salmon was over cooked and barely any dressing on the salad so extremely dry, i was having a cocktail so i needed to eat but i threw away the doggy bag. So desapointed as iheard this place was great.

Great evening as usual. Cozy and calm, a great way to welcome the New Year. Calms are the best ever and our waitress, was her usual professional self. Wish I knew her name. Looking forward to next time.

Reserved a table for one and was seated by myself on a room separated from the main dining area. Made me feel like sitting at the children's table. Service was fair. Food was excellent.

We were sat in bar area, it was just us and a man at the bar. The waitress waited on us but spent the majority of time talking to man at the bar. She acted snooty. She was not friendly. When the next couple came in they sat at bar. The older gentleman had left and once again she talked to them. The food was ok.

My brother and sister-in-law recommended this spot and it did not disappoint! Very cute Victorian hotel that I'll have to stay at next time in in WA. Everything was phenomenal. The crispy braised pork was insanely flavorful. The fish and chips were well seasoned. Service was great!

It was early evening when I stopped just the other day. Being the off-season there were only one or two others at the tables. The service was impressive, and the wait staff's knowledge considerable, not just the menu, but also where they sourced their dinnerware, which was superb for the purpose and most attractive. That said the menu contained a seldom see item, Welsh Rarebit, which I had to try. There are many ways to make this using a variety of breads and cheeses. Theirs used a crusty sourdough French bread which I really liked. I'd be at a loss to adequately describe the chees sauce topping other than to say it paired perfectly with the bread. One nickel-and-dime item was perplexing. Like so many eateries these days, tip amounts were pre-calculated to make it easier for the math-challenged. That's helpful but it becomes mildly irksome when those tip percentages are calculated, not just on the price of the meal but, on the total including the sales tax. The Shelburne is a classy place. There is no need for such foolery.I mentioned this to the staff, who said that this was a management's decision. Of course. What else could it be? Shame on Tiffany & Co.

Great gourmet food. The server Julianna was very friendly and attentive. I had the gnocchi. It was very delicious and rich.

Food was bad, tasteless, undercooked and way overpriced and one dish was cold when it should have been warm. Charcuterie board was sad. Way too dark inside.
