Drive thru: Food was fine- cashier was polite. Big turn off: After spending about $11-12 I could not get a cup off ice/water without paying $1.79 for it. I said no thank you - I just wanted a little cup - the cashier said “for some reason the little cups cost even more.”
Industry standard in the US is either free or a modest fee (overall)— this is insulting and poor customer service. I could understand if you do not buy anything but this is beyond ridiculous.
The owners should consider consulting a professional marketing specialist if they do not believe this will impact their business — if for no other reason the reviews from dissatisfied customers (but 90% + do not complain, they just don't return.)

Absolutely horrible! Everything about it. Completely forgot part of our order (still charged us for it though) and the parts of our order we did get were also completely wrong!! Will absolutely never be going back here! As well the staff was the absolute rudest we have ever dealt with! The way the spoke to us and refused to make anything right is just pathetic for a business to run! Based on other reviews this is a common issue here!! Just save your money and dont waste your time!
Absolutely pathetic service at this Dairy Queen. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no onions and specifically asked for fries with NO SALT. The guy at the window-a big dude with a beard-acted like he couldn’t care less. Sure enough, my fries were salted. When I told him, he flat-out refused to make a new batch or fix the order. Instead, he basically told me I was stuck with what I got-no apology, no solution, nothing. For a place that charges these prices, you’d think they’d care about getting a simple order right or treating customers with basic respect. Never coming back. If you want your order made right or just want to be treated like a human being, go literally anywhere else in Sedro-Woolley.
