Absolutely pathetic service at this Dairy Queen. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no onions and specifically asked for fries with NO SALT. The guy at the window-a big dude with a beard-acted like he couldn’t care less. Sure enough, my fries were salted. When I told him, he flat-out refused to make a new batch or fix the order. Instead, he basically told me I was stuck with what I got-no apology, no solution, nothing. For a place that charges these prices, you’d think they’d care about getting a simple order right or treating customers with basic respect. Never coming back. If you want your order made right or just want to be treated like a human being, go literally anywhere else in Sedro-Woolley.

I have eaten inside before and get takeout here very often. the food always tastes great, but they get our order wrong practically every single time. anytime i put customizations on an order it is always ignored without fail. they do fix it when we come back around, but it should not happen every single time, every now and then is understandable but really? they need new management or something , the blizzards are also always white on the bottom (not blended well enough). big fan of dairy queen as a whole, not a big fan of this particular location.

I used to love Dairy Queen. Yeah the food is okay and people mess up the order sometimes but that was alright, I don’t whine and cry like some people on here. The problem i have with you guys is you don’t accept cash anymore and for that reason I will no longer be supporting your business.Too bad really.

I dont honestly know why i keep going here. Went tonight cause i have 3 little kids and a busy day, 2 4piece cold chicken strip baskets later I remember i hate going there.. of course im home already, so i call and well if i want to load all 3 kids back in car, drive back unload kids and go in with my cold food then i can get a refund........ so thanks air fryer for saving the day

I just got out of the hospital and had been craving DQ Onion Rings. My wife ran 15 miles to sedro woolly DQ on Friday at about 5:30 pm pied up 2 large onion rings and decided to buy me a cheeseburger also. She returned home and they had forgotten to put the burger in her bag. She then called the restaurant the call went to a recording. She left a message. No one ever called her back. She want to the restaurant on Saturday 11/23 2024 the lady manager said since she didn’t talk to a person on Friday there was nothing she could do. Spent 25 dollars trying to correct a $4.39 mistake. Neither I nor anyone else I know will ever set foot in that restaurant again. DO NOT GO HERE
An update, I have called corporate 3 times and each time they assure me that the franchise owner will reach out to me. I have not heard anything from the store owner. It is beyond frustrating. This has to be the best example of no customer service that I’ve ever experienced.

Most disgusting Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Burger was horrible, bun was stale, French fries were stale, Pepsi was flat, forgot bacon on my burger and my blizzard was not mixed properly. Shut this place down or fire everyone who works there. Never going back and I’m telling everyone I know just how bad it was.
