Came in to order pizza and crazy puffs, called said I would like the 4 crazy puffs as written on the menu, then the cashier rang it up like I wanted 4 orders of them. (Let me know I wasn’t the first to do it, snarkly)Then once I corrected the order he proceeded to tell me I was parked in the employee parking area (which isn’t marked for that) And had to move my truck, a long bed pickup… After working a long day actually covered in dirt looking to get some food I don’t need a kid reaming into me like I’m an idiot because I don’t eat at little Caesar’s 7 days of the week.

They refused to honor my coupon. Said there wasn't a bar code for him to scan so he didn't know how to process it. I use them there all the time. I bought the coupons to support an event. Manager wasn't well trained. They should know how to ring up their coupons. Especially when people have bought them.

Second time thru and this one was better. Food is always good, but this time the staff was friendly and engaging and they got our pizza out to us in our vehicle within the time frame promised. The gentleman who rang us up was courteous and had a great smile. Definitely a change from the last time when they were obviously annoyed we ordered food. Good job changing for the better!
I’ve been going to Little Caesar’s since I was a kid, and this was my single greatest experience at a Little Caesar’s. The service was so friendly and the pizza was stellar! Everything was great!

This is probably the most convenient pizza experience experience available. Not sure what it is exactly but other franchises should model this setup with the no problem waiting in lot after drive through. Aside from enjoying the AC it's much nicer than waiting in a line in the store.
