Insanely disappointed with the amount of “tartar” sauce we got that we PAID FOR. *Pretty sure they gave us mayo instead*. Who in their right mind would be okay with paying $0.70 for literally maybe a tablespoon of tartar sauce? Sad because I do think pretty highly of some of the workers here. Unless you’re okay with your order being wrong, an item being missing and/or being overcharged for soulless, slapped-together sammies — I’d find another place for dinner tonight.

Be careful if you use the mobile app here, I'm constantly missing things out of my order, I suggest checking the bag before leaving the parking lot every single time.

For the past three months, EVERY order I have placed has been wrong. First time they forgot to put the top bun on the burger. Second time they forgot the burger. Third time they forgot the happy meal. Fourth time they forgot the meat for the burger. Fifth time they forgot fries. This time I got to wait 25 minutes for cold food, and again a missing burger. Check your bag before leaving. This place can’t handle even making burgers or fries.
It's McDonald's, but I love the employees here. Unfortunately the app orders are rarely correct 😔

Went through the drive thru. First they were super confused on what my order was. They forgot my son’s milk for his happy meal, didn’t have sweet tea so they gave me the regular tea and added syrup. It was gross so I took it in and had to go in to get the milk. Asked for a replacement sweet tea, they said they would make it. They didn’t. Again the gave me regular sweet tea and pumped WAY too much syrup in. I took one sip, set it back on the counter, and left. Now I feel sick and have a sore throat from the disgusting amount of sugar they put in. I swear it was half sugar half tea. If you didn’t want to make a new batch you could’ve offered me something else “Sorry, we’re out of sweet tea for the night. Is there something else you would like” rather than make me sick!

I come here maybe twice a year when I am in a hurry and every single time I do they screw up my order. This time I ordered a 40 piece mcnuggets for my family just to receive 20 pieces. Not jsu 20 pieces but 2 boxes of 4 pieces and 2 boxes of 6 pieces. I know this is a busy location but they most definitely were not busy when I pulled into the drive through
