If you want a good pizza experience, this was perfect because it was going to be in an hour and a half before I would be able to get it home and I had them warm up the oven and then when I got home we just popped it in the only drawback that I had. Was that the special was not advertised in my face? There was nothing about it on the menu board. What I really wanted was a thin crust, New York style pepperoni and sausage pizza. It turned out that they were having a special on this for this day for only $9.99, but I didn't see that so that ordered a stuffed Chicago family style which is my traditional go-to and so I got them both and when we got home bam we put that little thin one in there and we had dinner in 15 minutes and boy was it perfect perfect and then the next day my bake the the big one and we had a lot of people and we've been eating on that one. It just feeds and feeds it a whole bunch of people for her. I don't know. We've been eating on it for 3 days now. Never again. Placed an online order at 8:00am for pickup at 5:45pm. When my husband went to pick it up, he was quoted another hour. Not one employee cared that they broke their promise, and then tried to tell me they’d refund me “later.” Absolutely not. Poor management, poor training, and piss-poor planning for Halloween (arguably the busiest pizza night of the year).

I would have given 5 stars but I was in there for at least 10 minutes and no one asked me if I had an order online or a call in order and someone who came in after me got served before me, and that's when they finally realized that I was there to order a pizza.I've been ordering pizzas there for a least the past 4 years and I have had more good experiences than bad ones.

After several poor experiences, and "eh, maybe I'll try again's". I'm done with this location.The workers were set up for failure. Vegetables not available, or completly out. Really, they shouldn't have been open for business. Hopefully things can get figured out before there's another business in Skagit County that's no longer in business.

My husband and daughter went in the store to order at 7:50pm, the music was so loud they guy did not see them or hear them. They waited for 8 minutes and they guy finally turned around and told them they were closed and would not take their order. The sign said open and supose to be open till 8. Very disappointed in how rude he was.Kid-friendliness: Nope not at all. Very rude and wouldn't take order. My daughter was really upset because she picked there for dinner

Very rude staff. They didn’t have the toppings I ordered so they just let the pizza sit until I came in to pick it up(didn’t call me) . When I asked what my options were the lady was rude and not any help. Don’t pay in full and tip online!! wait until pick up!!!!!
