Love this store! Walk in to upbeat, positive baristas welcoming you, a spacious dining area, delicious coffee smells and great music. They make sure our drinks are perfect every time and would be willing to remake them if they weren't. Highly recommend!!

To say I love the SB team in Sedro Woolley would be an understatement! They are kind and helpful. They connect with their customers all while being efficient. Their store manager has built something special with this location. I drive past multiple other locations that are closer to where I live to give this location my business.

I went to this Starbucks yesterday, as me and my family live further out. I’m 18, but get told often I look way younger because of my looks and voice. I didn’t have much, but I wanted to treat me and my mom to a treat before going into town, I got myself a drink and my mom a sandwich, the cashier had red hair, seemed nice. And let us know if we wanted a similar drink because it was a mocha, I thought she was talking to me as I had the drink. (My mom can’t have coffee, it makes her too tired.) I said no thank you, then she abruptly interrupts and said she was talking to my mom. This frustrated me, as I felt belittled. Maybe it was because I looked younger? We left after we got our food, but the attitude from that lady ruined the rest of my evening. I was raised with respect, and I know when I’m not treated in such way.

I ordered a matcha latte with light ice and apple crisp cold foam as a quick pick me up on my lunch. The drink had a 1 inch plus gap even with the cold foam on it and was not filled as I have received at other Starbucks. If this was a one-time issue, I wouldn't be bothered, but this was the 3rd time it has happened. Please give me the drink I pay for. Underpouring orders is not a good customer service move. Especially at the prices they are charging now.

i have spent multiple times studying here for 3+ hours in a session. i am always welcome to enjoy the atmosphere and work peacefully. the food is always great and the drinks are always made correctly in my experience. if a mishap occurred , which occasionally it does in fast food and at other starbucks locations, i’m positive it would be resolved smoothly. the drive through is always insanely quick. thank you guys!

Mobile ordered my drink and food for in-store pickup. My drink was ready when I arrived but the food was not. Waited for 10ish minutes before asking a batista if it was ready. When I received it, the food was cold as if it had been sitting behind the counter all along.
