Via drive-thru, I ordered two dark roast drip coffees. She takes my money (and tip) THEN tells me they ran out of dark roast drip and had substituted Pike for one of my drinks. I understand that you can run out of coffee and need to brew more. But you don’t take the customer’s money as if he’s getting what he ordered, let him add a tip as if he’s getting what he ordered, THEN ask him if it’s ok that part of what he’s getting isn’t what he ordered. It wasn’t the cashier’s fault. While I was paying, the person who poured my coffees was working on someone else’s order (it included foamed milk). Then as the cashier was ready to hand me my coffees, I saw her explain to the cashier, (my coffees had already been poured & capped).

I don't get Starbucks too often. But I been going to this one more than I have gone in uears. Service is great and the drive-through is fast . The service has been exceptional and love that my baby doggy gets a pupacheno every time.
This location is supposed to close at 7 on Fridays, I arrived at 6:20 and they were closed? Disappointing and a waste of time!

My drinks are always delicious and the one time I had an issue they remade my drink with no questions. The staff is so friendly, this morning I forgot my phone and wanted to redeem my free drink and they gave it to me on the house.
