Very cute and sweet little spot! Only 2 stars for the food because it was very basic - ok. Actually I ordered the bkft sandwich (1 of the 2 bkft items avail) and it reminded me of the pkg bkft sandwiches you would get from Costco. When we travel, we seek out the little mom and pop shops for their unique, home made, locally sourced menu items. So, as you can imagine, i was disappointed. I stopped in for a to-go order after a day of shopping. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and answered all my questions. I ordered a turkey deli sandwich to share with boyfriend and it was yummy! The Garage was recommended to us by my boyfriends coworker and I'm happy he did. I hope to stop in and eat on the patio sometime soon. We'll definitely be coming back.
After reading reviews my hubby and I stopped in today and ordered the Reuben sandwich. It was big enough to share and came with chips and a pickle. We both thought it was excellent. Hubby had the horseradish on the side and it definitely had a bite. I enjoyed the Thousand Island dressing. Fun, lively atmosphere. Lots of choices of where to sit, either inside or out. We chose outside and the umbrella gave us good shade too. It was clear why this cafe has such a good raring.
