What a spectacular spot. Skagit Valley is so fortunate to have this destination. It's truly a crown jewel in the county's agrotourism crown.Took mom for a their special Christmas high tea & were rewarded with a cozy, inviting atmosphere in a hand-built manor home straight out of Lion, Witch & the Wardrobe. You've got to see it to believe it.The food & service was out of this world. And we were blessed with a sunny, mild winter day so were able to stroll the beautiful gardens. Will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: We were greeted and asked about any dietary restrictions before we were served.Parking: Plenty of parking. Gravel lot, but there's room to pull up & drop off onto a paved walkway. Do need to walk in uncovered area for a bit, but not much. It's the PacNW, so rain's a good thing!Wheelchair accessibility: Mom isn't in a wheelchair, but she does have mobility challenges. We were able to pull up to an easy access walkway. Also, I noticed a ramp for wheelchairs was available.

My mom saw Willowbrook on TV and we visited today for afternoon tea. What a beautiful and unique house here in the PNW. Tea selection was great and the food was wonderful. They were able to accommodate my vegetarian diet. The owner is one of the nicest people I've met! Looking forward to visiting again.Vegetarian options: Switched out the turkey sandwich for a chickpea sandwich and it was tasty!

There is no place like this! Terry is genuinely kind and welcoming and her Manor is beautiful. You will want to linger to take in the views or wander through her gorgeous grounds. Plus, I guarantee you won’t find more scrumptious scones anywhere!

This was such a fun place to go for my girlfriend’s mom’s birthday! She loved it and so did we. It was a beautiful place to eat, and the hosts are so kind and welcoming. They even fit in one extra guest for us last minute despite being sold out for the day. The tea selection was amazing and the food was also very good. Everyone in your party gets to choose their own flavor of tea and has their own teapot. Definitely book your visit far in advance because they sell out quickly and don’t have many openings. With tax it came out to about $65 per person but it was with it for the unique local experience. We happened to be there on a beautiful sunny day, but this would be a great place to visit no matter the weather :)Vegetarian options: Most of the food was vegetarian except for one of the three sandwiches.Parking: Parking is in a gravel lot and grass lot. There are a few handicap parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps outside! There are also a few accessible parking spots.Dietary restrictions: They ask about dietary restrictions before they bring your food and I assume if they ask then they can accommodate many restrictions!

We celebrated our anniversary with two nights at the Willowbrook Manor, in the Anise room and had a lovely experience. Terry's warmth and attention to detail in making our stay comfortable and inviting made our stay really special. We enjoyed tea and fresh scones each morning, with a tea cup of choice, and brought our own charcuterie for an evening in. We slept comfortably and were welcomed like family.

A nice experience with an hard working host dedicated to her
Wonderful tea. Full lunch meal! Delicious scones. We were able to tour the yard and the house. We saw all the BNB rooms upstairs and read about the homes history. Terry is a wonderful Hostess and she has friendly and dedicated staff working with her. The Tea is available during the month of April on the Fridays and Saturdays. Also Mother's Day, Valentine's Day. Check the Facebook page for more possibilities. All my pictures are on my phone not on my computer so can't upload.

Loved being able to choose my own cup. Was a little sad that I couldn't choose another tea after getting the rooibos africano but I did like my tea. Loved the raisin cinnamon bread with Dubliner slice and slice of an apple. Croissant was from Costco and had a chicken salad mixture. Service was quick and there's three hotel rooms to see while waiting as well as two cats to pet. There is a map of the gardens to check out before or after tea time. However there's only one toilet for everyone to use. Very cute place. Wish there were more toilets.

This is a great place for high tea. Everyone says the scones were so good. That is my one complaint. We each only got a half of a very small scone. Mine was really only 2-3 bites. I wanted more. I'm going back and hope my scone is better.
