Small, casual, and quaint cafe that was just what we needed in that moment! Fish and tartar sauce was so yummy. The server let us sub a salad for the chips part of the meal, and it was yummy too. Also had Sam Adams Oktoberfest in bottles.

Great stop for us on our tour of northern Washington state. Fantastic view, surprisingly huge portions of food. My wife and I ordered the same dish but should have only ordered one and shared. Staff were very friendly. Loved our stop there.

Loved this place. Stopped by on a whim for lunch. Great service. Great café style lunches. We just missed breakfast but did do a wonderful clam chowder and chicken sandwich. Great view of the bay as well. So peaceful.

By the Bay Cafe does it all and does it well, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is pride in every dish and the owner takes it upon herself to provide top notch service.

Stopped here mainly to use the restroom. Cute little spot near a camping site. Has 4-6? parking spots in the front. Very cute and quaint little place. We bought two pastries and they were good! :)
