Literally one of my favorite restaurants in all of Yakima. Food is always excellent, fast service, friendly staff. Been going here since I was a little girl, meeting my dad and having family lunch here now I bring my family and friends here and we don't even live in Selah anymore. We make the drive from West valley, usually about 45 minutes, and its always worth it. Amazing salsa! The staff is the best too, a lot of the same people have been working here for years and always remember us. Definitely recommend! I wish they would start doing lunch again!!

Me and my little brother had a great visit with each other at El Caporal. The service is excellent, everybody is nice and accommodating. The food is good, portions are large, and the free chips and salsa are also a very large basket.
I have a lot of good memories here from growing up in Selah, and visiting once in a while for a meal is always a pleasant experience.
It is just a perfectly charming, quaint restaurant.

Food was pretty good but not the best. The waitress was great and we did enjoy our meals. Rice was a bit bland and the enchiladas were on the small side for the price. Chips were great, salsa was good and so we didn't leave hungry! Would probably so by again if we are ever in town.
Food was great. Took a bit to get with only one other table there. Service was good. Little rushed. It a beautiful place. Needs a little more light, maybe brighter bulbs. Will definitely go back.

Outstanding hot and great tasting food that filled everyone up, and not just on chips and salsa. Whole evening was excellent, mood, cleanliness and price paid for entrees was very reasonable.
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and there was plenty of space to get around and to store it while I dined, never an issue. Thank you!

Not my most ideal expierence, had a party of 7 and took 45 minutes for food and one of the orders did not get put in. Spent $83 for my wife, daughter and myself. Food quality doesnt line up with its associated price. I would not recommend coming here with large groups.
