I think when reviewing McDonald's it is only fair to compare it to other McDonald's.... Therefore my rating is based on the service I have received here over the past couple years. This is one of the best McDonald's I have been to. I often go during the busy morning hour on my way to work. I'm usually impressed by the speed at which they are able to move customers through and that the person giving me my food usually seems happy and wishes me a good day. What prompted this review though, was yesterday I had a negative experience, and I didn't have time to wait for a fix. I called and Diana, who took my call was very helpful and kind and took the time to resolve my problem, even though the background sounded very busy and I knew it was I had just left. Diana followed through on resolving my issue today and even remembered my name. I appreciate those working at this McDonald's and have no reservations going here.

I got an egg and sausage McMufin with hash brown which tasted horrible. I took a picture of my grease socked McDonalds bag and asked for a refund and they gave me back half of the money. Feeling sick now.

Literally every time I get a Sunday they are almost 3$ and half full with hardly any topping!! I could buy a whole damn tub of blue bunny for 5 or ben and Jerry's qt. Im calling to ask for a refund this time. They arnt even consistent with how much they put in each cup..this is from the same order. I have been there when the manager has told them to fill the cup. Obviously none listened. Im officially a Karen lol also cant return it because I didn't look till I got home down the road and my 3 year old would of flipped

My friend got a hair in her egg on a sausage biscuit. I had a sausage egg McMuffin and it was good.
WHY IS THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ALWAYS DOWN? I honestly feel it’s pure laziness and the wait time is horrible here. If you are told to “pull forward” just know you will be forgotten and left to wait for half an hour.

Pretty sad when you have to do your own orders on a computer screen (I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE, GETTING PAID) plus.. charge. 15 cent per Mayo or ketchup packet! Foods not even decent like it used to be. All was cold & fries overly salted! Definitely won't be back!

Not exactly sure who is running mcdonald's now but greg and jan would have never stood for the service coming out of their stores these days. Haven't been to a mcdonald's in several months because of bad service wrong food or cold stale food. Thought I'd give it a chance again.Stopped in there very simple order. Was made to pull off to the side and waited almost twenty minutes. After being given my happy meal at the window.That will be cold and stale before it's home. It's pretty sad when mcdonald's has turned to crap
