WHY IS THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ALWAYS DOWN? I honestly feel it’s pure laziness and the wait time is horrible here. If you are told to “pull forward” just know you will be forgotten and left to wait for half an hour.

Pretty sad when you have to do your own orders on a computer screen (I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE, GETTING PAID) plus.. charge. 15 cent per Mayo or ketchup packet! Foods not even decent like it used to be. All was cold & fries overly salted! Definitely won't be back!

Not exactly sure who is running mcdonald's now but greg and jan would have never stood for the service coming out of their stores these days. Haven't been to a mcdonald's in several months because of bad service wrong food or cold stale food. Thought I'd give it a chance again.Stopped in there very simple order. Was made to pull off to the side and waited almost twenty minutes. After being given my happy meal at the window.That will be cold and stale before it's home. It's pretty sad when mcdonald's has turned to crap

It's a fast food joint! They always screw up orders. I don't know if it's a lack of management or if they just don't listen to what you are saying when you order, but not my favorite place!!

We paid for medium coffee gives us small and didn't tell us what window to go to and yells at us and makes us back up what if we back up we run into car behind us so smart are you guys won't be back

Got the order wrong 2 times and then the buns were hard as a rock and they forgot my sprite
Used the drive thru. I ordered a chicken McNuggets happy meal for my grandson. Told them how I wanted the order. Fortunately the order was correct but in my opinion the prices are way too high for happy meals. It seems like the kiddos are getting extra food with addition of apple slices (whenever that happened). But it also seems like they are getting less food at the same time. Portion sizes are smaller and drinks are minuscule. You get charged extra for milk products and soda is included in the price of the happy meal. I just cannot wrap my head around this. After all that, I sat waiting for his happy meal for almost 10 minutes and the young kid working was rude when I mentioned that it had taken so long after they passed me to the next pickup window. McDonald’s is not like it use to be these days. It’s sad now.

Rude worker with an attitude just because we asked nicely for our sauces. There’s no need to act like that. It wasn’t even busy either.

So far every time we have ordered from this McDonald's they don't make anything correctly, we ordered the big mac box which comes with two, 20 piece nugget, two medium fries and two big macs, also ordered two deluxe McCrispy, both of the big macs in the box did not have a second patty and the top bun had no condiments and was just put on top of the middle bun!!! One of the deluxe McCrispy had no sauce and had tomato's and lettuce just thrown on it!! Very disappointing. I've tried to give it chance after chance and no improvement something is always messed up and I have to return to have it fixed. I will be taking my business else were!
