They charge way too much for their items now days. Almost 8 dollars for a frap?? A little cheeseburger that not long ago was 99 cents, now is damn near 5 bucks. I can't pay what their asking anymore. I feel it's not worth it.
The chain is really pushing people to use the kiosks. I understand why this is, but as an older person, I am not able to manage this way of ordering. The counter was covered in posters advertising, which was too much for me to understand at a glance. A woman did wait on us quickly, so it was alright. It's just not as easy as it used to be.
The Dutch Brothers coffee is and will be my number 1 choice coffee shop. Never disappointed always a great experience... Matter of fact today is the first time in a while since I've been able to go there because of road construction and lo and behold I went to pay for my items and they gave them to me for free. I am so pleased and ecstatic over their service. I will vote them number one Nation worldwide. Thank you, Dutch Brothers
