Our food took over 20 minutes. Staff seemed less then happy to be there and the restaurant has been a covid victim. Very uncomfortable seating inside. But I understand that most people don't sit down for pizza anymore. Food was hot though. Only bottled drinks available also.

Husband chipped his tooth of our pizza. Hard as a rock!!!! Called local number only to be filtered through to some call center guy that took 14 minutes for this guy to answer then he answers don’t understand the language says oh it’s the story problem gotta patch you through so then another 17 minutes on hold the store no Nikolai answers. I said I have a problem with the order. He says I need to have you speak to my manager. Throws phone down for about a minute then bam on hold music comes on for another 18 minutes and then the phone disconnects I kid you not I called back. I talked to another gatekeeper He says I can’t help you. This is a store problem patches me through 23 minutes and I finally just hang up the phone. The pizza was as hard as a rock. My husband took a bite chipped his tooth. It was ice cold about an hour late I can’t get a hold of anybody and the fact that I was put on hold and then disconnected again Not good. Hard as a rock. This was the second order in less than two weeks that went all sideways. I let that go! Both times food right in trash! Absolutely not stuffed crust!!!!!! Gosh. Do better. This sounds bad but this location is 2 blocks away. But we order bc we do. And pay the $6. Anyway yea!

I came into Pizza Hut after a long Sunday at work, and waited for Joey to come back to attend me, after she stepped out for about 10 mins. When she did, there was no greeting, just a smirky what’s the name for the order you’re waiting on. Answered Jasmine. To which I asked if she had any bread sticks, she replied we are out. I asked what is the wait time for your breadsticks, she answered I just told you we are out. I then replied ok, what is your name, and she told me her name, and immediately replied with, I can ask what the wait time is for breadsticks if you’d like. Very rude, not helpful, until I asked for her name. Will consider going elsewhere to spend my money.

I called the restaurant in selah wa. While e plaining the situation the pizza rep/emp, cut me off and told me, " thats not ny problem try calling customer service. I told him, you didn't even allow me to finish what I was saying. He says well your pizza is right here, its been ready for 10 min. Ok then he hangs up". Next i show up grab ny pizza. I asked the man behind the counter if he was the rude person that cut me off on the phone. He said i dont answer phones. ( 2 visible employees in the place, him and a younger looking guy) i get my pizza and bread home and they are bone cold. I had to warm them up like they were left overs. Initially i was calling because i wasn't sure if my order got sent in, because your web page kept crashing. I am totally disappointed in the hole experience! And you need to hire people who know how to talk to others. He is working, customer service is his job, answering the phoneis part of what he gets paid to do. Maybe he needs a different occupation. Your customers are not burdens, they are the reason you are open!

Why have all pizza places now gone to overseas call centers for ordering pizza? I had a question, I wasn't even ready to order. I dial the local number, I get an operator with a strong Russian accent. I ask to be connected to my local store, I get put on hold, they never answer. I try again, call, get a different Russian operator, ask to be transferred to the local store, no answer. 17 minutes I waited on hold before I hung up, I never even got to talk to anyone. 17 minutes on hold waiting to speak with someone before I gave up! I was calling to inquire if they still had the $8 large 1 toppings. This is local to this one store, so the Russians couldn't help me and it doesn't appear on the website. I had to just chance it and drive down there and place my order in person. I just don't get why dialing the local number can't just ring to the local store, why does it have to go through overseas call centers? Honestly, it can't be saving that much $$.
I'm not happy with the lack of service. Once I arrived at the store, the employees were great - I just wish someone would pick up the dang phone. I wish when I dialed the number it'd ring TO THE STORE, not overseas somewhere. It's not that hard.

While waiting for my food there is a nice open doorway that you can see the employees work. Unfortunately, I witnessed throughout the making of the pizzas there were no gloves being worn. I saw them touch their hair, doors, etc. no handwashing was done in between. Then if they were wearing gloves they wouldn’t take it off/ put new ones on when they’d touch other things outside of the food. Non of this is sanitary.
