How are yall gonna have ONE guy working on a FRIDAY night. We ordered 3 sandwiches on the app, and it said it was ready, spoiler. It definitely wasn't. Waited another 30 minutes or more before it was, NOT including the 20 or more minutes between ordering and showing up. If you can't staff properly, just close the store. I could have gone to Yakima and back by now.

Haven’t been to a subway in a while so sticker shock got me I think the price was about 1/3 higher than my last purchase. But prices aside the service was good and my sandwich was made to my specifications.

Used to love eating here until I watched the employee spray cleaner over the vegetables to clean the back side of the glass. Didn't know i was getting sanitizer with my sandwiches

Please change your hours of operation. I stopped by at 9:03pm on Friday, after checking the time of closing on Google which states it's 10pm on Friday. It was closed. Very inconvenient.

Food was completely wrong and i cant have onions and they also threw on green peppers tryed calling them no answer so had to drive 20 minutes back out

Best Subway in the yakima area. Veggies always look fresh. The lobby is always clean. And the employees are courteous. An added bonus they actually accept subway coupons unlike the yakima

Subway's great if you want a 'trusted' or 'consistent' sandwich. The 'SA' at his subway was courteous, professional, and made it exactly as I asked. That is exactly WHY I go to Subway when I do. Consistency while being good. And she (the sandwich artist) was helpful with directions.?

There was a fly on the meat. Multiple employees were alerted and none of them moved to remove it. They joked about it and allowed the fly to stay parked on the meat the whole time I was in the restaurant.
