I would think twice about wasting your time with this casino. And anybody who is thinking of returning because of any promotion or free gift offer that you received, I would strongly suggest you reconsider. Unless you happen to live really close, then it might be worth the disappointment, if your into that sort of thing. I drove out from suquamish, two weeks in a row only to be greeted with nothing but disappointment. I did choose to come out the second time, I can't blame that on anythingg other than my own stupidty. I received an email that said to come in on Sundays or Mondays to pick up my free gift, every week of the month. The first time I came things went smoothly. I got here around 11 pm on Monday they were out of the gifts so they compensated me with 10$ bonus play. I couldn't make it out the following week, but the next time I was able to make it out again was another Monday and it was earlier than the first time I came, but I was informed the promotion stopped at 8, and they were out of gifts anyways. I asked about the bonus play and was told they can't give it to me because it's after 8 o'clock and I didn't have a receipt from the kiosk. I pulled up my email thinking that maybe I had missed something, but no. There wasn't anything about needing to be here by a certain time, it only said Sundays and Mondays, and I feel that I should of received the compensation like I did the first week, I came on the correct day and was never told anything about needing to be here before a certain time. So I drove an hour to get here only to be turned away because of a bogus time requirement that was never mentioned in the email they sent. I urge everyone who's considering driving out here to do some serious research, and definitely don't believe anything they tell you in their emails. They lie. If you do come out, I wouldn't get your hopes up, chances are you'll end up disappointed. I know I left feeling extremely disrespected. Call it lying, call it playing games or tricking people, call it whatever you want, that kind of behavior is something i would expect from a little kid, not a casino. I'm sure the gifts themselves aren't worth much, and $10 isn't a lot either, but it's not about the amount, it's about the principle. Do better.Update: I was able to talk to the manager on shift, and honestly all it did was make me think even less of this place. I explained everything that happen, and I thought he understood and when he asked for my players card I thought he would be crediting me what I should of received in the first place. Instead I was informed I haven't played enough for them to do me the courtesy of putting $10 on my card. It was as if I had just walked in and asked for some freeplay just because. It didn't matter that they said one thing in their email to me, and then switched up the rules when I got there,(that's also referred to as lying) they shouldn't have to be held accountable because I haven't played enough. That's a disgusting attitude to have, and what's worse is thinking it's okay to lie to customers. All I asked for was to be compensated what I should have received in the first place. If you say I just have to show up on a Monday to receive a gift, if I show up on Monday I should get that gift. It's simple. If there had been anything in that email that said I needed to be here by a certain time, if I got here late that would of been on me. But there wasn't. Is it really that complicated to hold yourself accountable? Do better

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel room was beautiful. I would prefer a bar of soap rather than the pump bottle but that is a minor difference. Staff was great as always.

I went with some friends for the bingo. And for some reason we had to go in the early afternoon then sit around and wait for the bingo to start about 6:00.I have to complain about the food. Because it's just terrible. If you're a non-smoker and you go to order your food where it's kind of like fast food type of a selection burger sandwich and whatnot you have to walk through the smoking section of the casino. I think they need some different air filters in the casino I know they like to have smokers come there because smokers will sit at the machines and play longer while they're smoking but it's disgusting. And I don't like having to walk through the smoke filled atmosphere and the cigar smelling atmosphere that's totally disgusting and gives you a headache and why would anyone want to sit in an area and eat food and have that stench all over you?The other thing is because we play bingo and some people in my group really spend a lot of money. You buy the papers you buy the machine you buy an alcoholic drink my friend pretty much dropped $500 there the other night. Because this person paid for everyone's bingo papers their machines their food it's just it's really expensive. And while we waited for the food to be cooked and prepared and made,we walked back to the bingo area. Then some people in the group went to go get the food. Most of the time like 85% of the time the food is always cold. No one likes to eat cold food they tell you a half hour and when you go back the food is coldI got a BLT sandwich and the bread was barely toasted I had one piece of bacon part of a tomato and maybe a few little pieces of lettuce thrown in.They used to have good food way way way way way way way back in the day. In fact they used to brag about their $4.95 dinner a good piece of steak a baked potato and a salad and a drink. The food was good and fresh. But now obviously things are more expensive and I get that, but the quality is no longer good and I'm not going to leave someone a tip where they just stand there and get the food and give it to the person.

This review is solely based on the players club portion. To paint the picture I had a horrible experience that involved 3 rooms (one occupied). After the run around I was offered a 25 dollar dinner card. It frustrated me enough to take my casino play elsewhere. I was an eagle member and played a fair bit of money. It wasn’t until the casino had noticed I had stop attending that I got a call. The host apologized for what had happened and wanted to make amends. We agreed that I would think about it and he would give me a call a week. He proceeded to call me back 2 hours later forgetting that he had made the first call all together. When I tried explaining it to him he ended up with an attitude. I will say I was not the friendliest either. Just felt like I was a number on a sheet and was not valued as a customer. 1000 dollars a week average play gets you nowhere with this casino. If you’re an avid gambler I would highly recommend taking your play elsewhere as their card program and response to problems is very lacking in my opinion.

Be aware that the ATM"s say the charge is 3.50 when in all actuality it's 6.00.

I went for Easter brunch. Terrible food. Literally the worst brunch I have ever had. Steamed bag scrambled eggs, powdered sauces, no brown on the soggy sausage, pancakes but no syrup, nothing fresh except the fruit. Worst bloody mary I have ever had. Old guy in the booth next to me smelled strongly of urine. Waitstaff was mediocre. If you are north of 70 and burnt your palette it may be fine. The facility was nice, clean and well appointed.Food & drinks: Eat before you come

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms. They are very nicely built and decorated and felt very high-end. Cleanliness was a 9 out of 10, but I'm probably a little more observant than most. I did not feel like they weren't clean, just that they missed a few details. With the exception of the noise of the doors slamming shut, though that was muted by good insulation, it was very quiet in the rooms. Wifi was flawless. They had a nice large TV, nice lighted wardrobe, fluffy bathrobes, water bottles in the room, nice fixtures and excellent showers. Layout of the building was a little odd, in that we had to zigzag the length of it to get from parking lot to room to casino to lobby, but it's just some extra walking. Would stay again.Noteworthy details: I love that they have a non-smoking side to the casino, though you can still smell the smoke.
