Alder Wood Bistro and Wood-Fired Pizza

A wonderful location for dinner in Sequim. Ended up coming here two nights in a row for dinner. The food was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf the first night and the Sicilian pizza the second night. Highly recommend.

Wonderful pizza. The G.F crust is the best I ever had. I even had to ask if it was truly G.F. and yes it was. The mouth feel is like a sourdough crust

Had a date night and dined at the Alder Wood Bistro and Woodfired Pizza. Out standing food, wonderfull friendly staff, and quaint atmosphere. If you're looking for something special in Sequim. or surrounding area, MAKE a reservation! Highly recommended. We enjoyed the duck. Next time, the pizza!

We ended up splitting a mushroom pizza, it was good but the whole experience was overshadowed by the prices. We debated leaving before we ordered but settled for something we could split and cross our fingers. As foodies we have learned that Sequim is not a restaurant mecca. This place seems to have gathered a devoted following who obviously have the means to support the prices, so they will probably do fine.

This place is a true gem 💎. Their commitment to the seasonal menu was evident; the dishes featured the freshest ingredients and vibrant flavors. For my main, I chose the special: house-made gnocchi with wild mushrooms and black cod. It was unbelievably tender and melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. That dish was a warm, comforting hug on a plate

This was an awesome dinner, accompanied by an incredible atmosphere. I got the cedar blackened cod, it was phenomenal. They featured several vegetarian options, which my mother was very excited about. And our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, and recommended wines to accompany our meal, perfectly. The crème brûlée and the chocolate desert were spectacular. Will be returning for sure.

On a road trip heading from Oregon to Poulsbo the pretty way and stopped here for dinner. Loved everything about Alder Wood Bistro. We had the mussel special, the salad special, a sausage and mushroom pizza and cheesecake. It was fresh, full of flavor, totally delicious. The team was welcoming and ran like clockwork. The locals were friendly. Our server Libby was delightful. We’ll be back next time we pass this way.

We had an amazing dinner tonight. It was difficult to decide what to have but settled on the roasted porchetta special, which was wonderful! Hubby had the steak frites, and cleaned his plate. We are already talking about what to have at our next visit. The staff was attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening.
