Food was great, they made sure not to put Mayo on our impossible whoppers. Overall friendly staff; they just seemed especially done with life when we were there.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is vegan if you ask to remove the mayo. The impossible king is vegan if you ask to remove the cheese. The fries here are also vegan unlike McDonald's fries.

The young man in the drive thru was very pleasant and friendly and since the food wasn't ready he was able to keep the moods/atmosphere positive and tried to help wherever he could.Parking: It's more of the angle of this restaurants drive thru it makes for a very tight and difficult fit for I would just about any vehicle really

Food and service were great. The restaurant itself however, was freezing. I run hot but found myself chilled even with my coat still on. My nose was icy and beginning to run. My hands were cold and my toddler sat with her winter coat on. I almost wondered if it would be warmer outside in the 47° weather.

always puts tomatoes and sauce on a burger even when asked not to always ruins my food just ask people if they want it so Many people hate tomatoes and sauces
Disgusted! Veteran's Day as advertised on google a nice discount and was going to but more food. I was declined and not even given an answer as the manager wouldn't see me. Three combat tours but I guess they don't need or see the revenue for Vet's like one would in Lakewood heavy dependent on veteran service and business. Never going there again.

Food is slightly above average. Customer service is not. Maybe have a training lesson about how to speak respectfully to customers. I ordered a large number 4 with no modifications and I was very quick to make your guys’ jobs easier so you had no reason to be rude.

You would think that a fast food place that uses mayonnaise as much as burger king does would ensure that the mayonnaise wasn't rancid. Got a burger 2 days ago, took 1 bite and had to throw it away. Been burping off-mayo gross essence ever since. This location can't keep employees so their dining room is only randomly open, and while their regular staff are generally decent to customers, management not so much. At the prices this BK is charging for food, you're way better off going across the street to tootsies and getting a real hamburger that isn't made with sketchy ingredients.
