I ordered online a large 2 topping pizza that was suppose to be $6.99. I was charged $18.00 and some change. I called to get it corrected and was informed that I needed to add the coupon. I looked in the coupons and at the top it said "if you don't want to search the coupons just build your pizza and we will apply a coupon based on your order". When I called the store I was told that they do not have the online coupons in store and couldn't correct. I was not happy.

With all the great commercials we see on television about the Dominos Pizza brand, you might want to produce one that focuses on the incredible relationships that's can be built through the delivery drivers.Judy C in the Sequim WA location is a blessing for so many of the regular customers.Great food delivered from a amazing person is the winning combination that is that special ingredient! #amazingpeople

Who ever is making your pizza tonight should be sent back to remedial pizza making.Way to much nasty sauce, cheese lumped on, handful of topping tossed on one side.It sucked

The Sequim Dominoes is always a positive experience. Fast, delivers a quality product, staff is always a pleasure to deal with. This location sets the bar HIGH, and in my opinion they routinely exhibit textbook perfection from start to finish and provide an atmosphere that really shines bright. Night driver Kelly went above and beyond. The order showed up earlier than expected, was great however we were missing our drink, i told her all was well and she insisted she would stop at the first store and pay for it (assuming with her tip money) and bring it back. I again assured her it was okay it was just a drink and she said no. Be right back. I assume maybe she'd forget or get busy. And not even five minutes later she was back at the door happy as could be all smiles with the drink. Some people might look at this as "something that should have been done" but I've worked food service and i know how it can be at the end of a long night almost ready to head home and have something pop up. It speaks volumes about her manner regarding the issue she never at any point made me feel as of i was being a burden. Which has happened many times in the passed at other establishments hence my hesitation when she said she'd be right back. Customer service in the food industry has become very weird with a "customer is always right... Always" attitude and a lot of workers are treated poorly by the customers because of this and all too often workers like Kelly fall through the cracks and don't get so much as a thank you most days so i wanted to make sure Kelly and the Dominos Team of Sequim Washington got a 5 star review. Will definitely remember this for years to come.UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATERMe and my girlfriend totally slept through Domino's trying to deliver our food to us. well after about 19 minutes of knocking on our door says my text updates but they decided it was time to go because they had other things to do with their schedule. the delivery driver instead of being just totally oblivious to what possibilities there were decided to stack our food up right next to the door on the little chair we had there seeing as they have delivered here plenty of times to know that they were actually at the right place. Again everything was there, food is still good and hot even you know 18 minutes later and we were happy we didn't have to call and wait for food again. so kudos to you guys a second time if I could leave a second review with another five stars I would but it only lets me use edit so that's why it's like this thanks again guys.
